Where do I start?! Slab has theee best BBQ in town hands down every time I order I’m NEVER disappointed! My personal fave is the brisket tacos! this time I tried pulled chicken sandwich, hit the spot! Yoooo and the street corn is off the chain. The brisket just melts in your mouth!!! this is my second time ordering the loaded Texas fries but this time they gave me only big chunks of fat no meat whatsoever. That wasn’t my first time experience though, the first time I had the loaded Texas fries they came perfect with plenty of delicious brisket but that was not the case the second time I ordered these. I was really disappointed. I had to get the meat from my brisket taco to put it on the fries so that was not cool. The rest of the food was good.

Our first time eating here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Friendly staff. The brisket was tender and flavorful. Macaroni and cheese was good. Greens were excellent! Enjoyed the baked beans, fries and tacos, as well. Decent size portions. Look at the address and you’ll understand why it’s a bit pricey. But we look forward to going back the next time we’re in town.

Ordered to go online through uber eats. I got food for about 10-15 people and it came out to about $200. Pick up was quick and the food was delicious. They were out of bread so I didn’t try that.

I love this place, how can you not like a place where the staff says “Hi Friend” as you walk in. The food is delicious, I usually get the brisket and spare ribs. All the sides I have tried are also good. The only thing I haven’t tried is the Frito pie because I usually do take out and I’m not sure how it would hold up. The prices are also better than those of other barbecue in the area.

The meat that comes out of this kitchen is truly amazing. The whole chicken and 20 piece wings I ordered were beautiful, juicy, and tender. The only thing I wish they added was a little bit more seasoning and salt on the meat. The guy at the cash register was nice too. Overall, pretty great experience.
