We wanted carry out. The food was delicious. My husband loves ribs and I had the pulled pork sandwich. The potato salad and baked beans were very good. Will definitely go back.

Ordered Thanksgiving Dinner on 1 NOVEMBER. Checked to make sure of it on Tuesday before Thanksgiving, told us to pick it up Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. We went to pick up our Thanksgiving Dinner, take out, on Thursday morning. Had guest coming to eat early and all were anticipating their food, we had heard it was good. Got there but there was a long line that we got iinto. After about half an a hour the line had not moved. We were told that they were out of everything and no more orders could be filled except for mashed potatoes and dark meat turkey. That is not what we ordered so we left because management had been letting folks buy extra sides that were destined for other customers that had placed orders like us. We hurried home and took three hours to fix a dinner for our guest. It worked out but not because there was anything remotely pleasant with our experience. We will not be going there again.

Love the food , food is amazing. Don’t get your hopes up when you’re craving this place as they are randomly closed. This is the third time I’ve drove 30 minutes only to find out they were closed. Not how a business should run.

Large portions and food is seasoned just right. Meatloaf was amazing. Never would have thought of smoking meatloaf but it gives it amazing flavor. I also recommend the hashbrown casserole and spicy BBQ sauce.

Excellent food, even better people own and operate the place. They work hard to make some really good food and take time to talk to their customers. You can catch them working all hours of the night also. It’s just a nice place. Located 5 min from Gene Snyder Freeway. (265)

Got a take out several weeks ago, pulled pork and brisket and tasted great. New owners have taken over but kept original name. So far I think they are only open for walk in on Tuesday and Thursday.
