Initially we had Bri as our waitress. She is extraordinarily unfriendly. The feeling that we were an inconvenience for her was palpable. It’s like the teenage daughter who has the attitude and rolls eyes at everyone and thing. Lots of delay in taking drinks, and then a further delay in taking our order, because she was busy sitting and chatting with a friend in a rear booth. Why on earth would you keep an employee who has these traits? We almost walked out. Fortunately Tristan took over as a waitress due to shift change and she was great. Very friendly, attentive, helpful, thoughtful, anticipated needs before being asked. Exactly what you’d want in a waitress.

This has been one of our favorite pizza places for a while. But the last few visits have been a disappointment. Wait times for pizza have been around 40 minutes. So we started coming earlier when they aren’t as busy. Did not help. The pizza wasn’t completely cooked on our last trip, but was much improved after we sent it back to be finished in the oven. Today we went even earlier and there were as many employees as customers. Pizza still took 40 minutes and was cooked through but served room temperature. May have to find another date spot.

This is probably my favorite slices location. Not only is it in beautiful thomaston square, but it also has a full bar! The food was fantastic and served hot. I love their pizza, and they’re bread bites. They also have delicious wings !

The food is usually good and the service is usually slow. Management doesn’t have a clue in how to manage and the owner seems to busy on other projects to worry about this one. I rarely ever go there anymore because of that and I used to a couple of times a week.

Great pizza, great service. The waitress was by herself with a good handful of tables. She still greeted everyone that walked in and let them know she’d be right there. Apologized multiple times for the wait and had a smile on the whole time. I will absolutely be going back.

It’s not a busy time for them but they are definitely slow today. Service wasn’t good. I don’t know if the guy walking around is a manor owner. He isn’t friendly or helpful at all. I had to go ask for my food.
