I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was the smallest breast ever, maybe 1/2 size of the bun. The fries were very average but the milkshake was good. The pricing for the food quality and quantity was way too high.

LOVE Shake Shack burgers then you are going to love this place – but the burgers are BIGGER! Bun was super amazing! Cute atmosphere with lots of menu options including beer and margaritas and tables together to host a larger group of friends or teammates. I’ll be back and I’m bring my family and friends!

Work next door, and really dig this place. Previous restaurant did not have the best service, but everything is working here. Their smash burger is a classic all American greasy burger, absolutely perfect. Their thin fries are crazy thin, but super tasty, probably some of the best fries I’ve had. They kill it on the service, super perky, everyone is hustling, I’m impressed every time I’m in here- it seems there is always two levels of management hovering, helping out, taking names or getting orders facilitated- orders are pretty fast turnaround even when it’s busy. Love the fact that they use Blue Bell ice cream, everything everywhere would be a little bit better if Blue Bell was the default. Arcade is nice, air hockey table is gorgeous, and the basketball is fab.

I enjoyed the smash burger tacos and the fries. It is definitely a place for families with small children. The arcade area next door is fun…air hockey is the most fun and the table is usually filled. The AC isn’t great though and the past two times we’ve been we were sweating while sitting inside which was uncomfortable.

Horrible just horrible.,won’t recommend this place, kinda just threw stuff together on my ” smash burger” tasted like old grease fries were soggy, service was like what do you want, rude and almost like you bother their staff when asked what they recommend. Went cause there are 2 other Burger joints on same street one is an old time favorite and prices are up with the times, but you know what to expect the other is fairly new owner is very personable and polite..more of a upgraded classic/ gourmet pricey but Damn good burgers and OMG the Wings!! Try them out won’t give the name cause I’d like to keep this spot hidden for myself

I was really excited for Slider & Blues to open, although I was sad that Lucky’s closed. As a native mid-westerner, I was looking forward to thin crust pizza and smash burger fare. Wish they were using Prairie Farms Ice Cream rather than Blue Bell to keep it fully mid-Western…oh well. I got the Hickory Burger and Onion Rings. All tasty. Taste did not disappoint. What I was disappointed by was that Hickory Burger compared to the Single Burger is shredded cheese rather than a slice of cheese, hickory bbq sauce rather than ketchup and mustard, and some diced jalapenos instead of pickle and the same diced onions with a $4 upcharge for these changes in items. I could special order a Double for $2 less. I know it’s Highland Park. For $21 for a burger, side and drink, you would think you would get at least a double burger.

A new place across from SMU. Tasty food. Good basic menu with smashburgers, shakes and one hot dog and one salad option. Oh, and there are basic pizza options too. Seems like a great family spot.
