Ribs are smoked perfectly,, rubbed spices with the right amount of zing. Huge beef ribs a true bargain at $3 for a pair. Pulled pork sandwich includes massive stack of moist shredded pork. Pulled brisket sandwich although equally massive stack has overcooked meat with burnt ends. Two types of BBQ sauce offered: a vinegary Carolina and a slightly sweet tomato one.

GREAT location for a great bbq place. Very friendly staff and beautifully situated with views of the park from their patio area. The highlight definitely was the pulled pork–I’m from Texas and it’s as good as any I’ve had down there. The beans were great with just the right amount of kick to them. I will agree with others that the beef brisket is not their strong point. Maybe I just had some from a bad batch but I’d agree with another rater that it was more like a pot roast consistency. But I’m definitely fine with just getting more pulled pork instead of brisket! 🙂

I was super excited to find this place near me. The outside is cute and makes for a beer garden like setting. This inside is like a trailer but this might be good for a lunch place. Staff is friendly and helpful. I bought some BBQ for dinner to take home. The coleslaw had way to much mayo for my taste and the meats where ok not great and the ribs tough. Wish I could give a better review.

I had a “smoked” beef brisket from there today, the beef was cold and came out shredded like pulled beef. It looked and tasted nothing like bbq. I thought I was getting a real nice and hot chunks of brisket but was very disappointed.

Greasy yet dry meat. Beef was almost like jerky. Mac and cheese was nothing to write home about. Pork was slightly better, but also greasy. Staff were very friendly though. It’s the only reason they got two stars instead of one. $20 down the drain. There’s other local BBQ that’s more worth your time and money.

OMG! I tried the slider sampler about 2 months ago & I’ve been thinking about it ever since the day I was driving through Sligo Creek Pkwy. You get 3 options: Pulled pork, beef and chicken and BBQ sauce on the side. Two words: succulent flavors. Wait! I sound like Gordon Ramsay! Lol. I’m from the Midwest so I know good BBQ when I taste it! I hear it’s standing room only during the weekend so I’ll go back during the weekday like I did when I found them by accident. Mmmm…. Delish!

Pulled pork sandwich was ok on the whole, but approx. 1/3rd of meat on sandwich was inedible fat and gristle. The slaw tasted like the only ingredient was mayo. Also there was some up charge for COVID, which seems odd. I didn’t get nearly what I paid for. I’d like a partial refund or credit in the future.

Try the sliders sampler to get each of the meats. The sides are cheap and they give you generous portions… the kids loved the mac & cheese. The bbq pit is decorated like a train! They also have jumbo sized stacking blocks/Jenga, and corn hole.Solid spot right off sligo creek trail to walk/run/bike to.

Love the sampler slider platter. A generous portion of three different meats. Two great IPA’s as well. Like the patio to eat on
