Came in for dinner front of house personelle were rude and had no sense of customer service. Had inadequate cash handling/drawer organization and had to give our 65$ change in 5 dollar bills. Charged extra for 1 ranch condiment for our fries. Half my wings shouldn’t even be considered chicken wings, they were dry old and had nearly no meat on them at all. Sent one back and when I found another hidden at the bottom the manager wanted to speak down to me about making them go back and forth for their own inadequacy and poor service. Would not recommend, would receive much better service at McDonald’s or taco bell for a much cheaper bill.

I ordered two wrap meals, one Buffalo Wrap Meal and one Smokey Cheddar Wrap Meal, with fried mushrooms. The staff obviously doesn’t know how to wrap a tortilla, one was wrapped terribly and the other was completely destroyed. The mushrooms were undercooked and almost completely raw, and they didn’t include the cayenne ranch that was supposed to come with it. Every experience I’ve had with this restaurant since they opened has been absolutely horrendous. I can’t understand how they stay in business charging what they do and giving out downright improperly prepared food.

Really great surprise on the way home. My family and I had to find a place to eat on a road trip from Texas to Georgia and happened to drive by this place when hopping off the interstate. The service was extraordinarily pleasant and we enjoyed the quick service. The chicken strips were the best I have had. My wife and I are particularly attentive to cleanliness and this place was spotless. Definitely worth the stop.

Decided to try this based on the recommendation of my son-in-law. He absolutely loves it and raved about it. We had two orders of wings, a chicken sandwich and a salad. A couple of friends and I eat here every other month or so when they’re visiting. This restaurant has a wide variety of chicken dishes, so even if you’re not into just chicken strips, they might still have you covered. I usually get the chicken mac and cheese. The taste and price are both very acceptable. Atmosphere is clean and modern. We’ll continue to eat here.
