We’ve been coming to the Moore location almost every weekend since it opened. The new management has completely changed the store. The staff isn’t friendly. The restaurant isn’t clean. The serving size for the slims meal has shrunk, but the price hasn’t and now extra sauces are .42 cents extra. I am no longer an every weekend slims customer

Workers went above and beyond. I ordered a free dessert jar online using the birthday coupon. My delivery driver forgot to deliver the dessert, so the manager let me drive there the next day and pick up a free dessert jar. It was super awesome and sweet. Initially I was bummed, but at the end of the day I was happy to be able to get my birthday treat. Thank you!

I can not give this place a positive review for the following reasons: The freshest thing was the bread. The chicken was warm, dry and over seasoned. It was obviously cooked long before I walked in the door. The fries were hot and crispy and had the greasy taste of being refried a second time. This makes people sick. It gives them food poisoning. This is not a good thing for a customer that stopped in on their road trip. I barely made it to Kansas before it hit me and my next stop required changing my pants. This is the only thing I ate on my road trip so I know what turned my stomach. No, I would not recommend this location. There were other things I noticed that gave the impression that there are lazy employees that don’t respect the management. The cups at the register were overstocked so high that the cashier had to stand on tippy toes to reach them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE- Either your drive thru workers don’t understand English or they are on the job on drugs. I ordered 2 Chicken club sandwich meals no sauce with sweet teas and girl taking my order couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. She came back saying I said “meatballs” my family and I eat at this location often and had never had a bad experience but we won’t be back after tonight! Girl taking orders is so RUDE and so was the manager working this shift!

Food here is usually good but the service was pretty bad today. We went through the drive through and ordered peach team. When we received our order, upon tasting the tea, we found that it unsweetened tea with no peach flavor and we asked if we would have the correct tea. The girls working the drive through proceeded to tell us that we were lying and that it smelt like peach (even though we had just tasted it). (Please close the window next time) We asked again for the right tea and they seemed annoyed with us for asking. They ended up returning with raspberry tea (still not what we asked for). We ended having to go inside to get the right tea.

I came to slim Chicken around 2:15pm on 6-28-23 service be great they just serve you old chicken that has been sitting My fries was definitely old my toast was old as well I just hate paying that large amount of money for old dry food when they supposed to cook as you order.. Update: I am very disappointed in the food. Wings were tiny and almost all bone, quality has come down drastically, and not sure if I’d go back. I am always willing to pay a higher price for good food and today I leave hoping it comes back to what it once was.
