Pretty average. Wants to be like raising canes but the government version. Slims sauce is the way to go if you decided to go for it. Chicken tenders were tender and fell apart easily. Not too crispy. Fries were okay. Ranch is too salty for me. Bread was ok.

Wow I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. I come here regularly with my mom and nephew and we’re always pleased with our family order! This place beats places Bill Millers or Canes any day; there’s actually flavor in the chicken! Fries are good, they always give more than enough. Macaroni is okay but still tasty, and the gallon of tea is yummy. I wish they were more available around SA! Also, don’t forget to grab a brownie!!

Slim Chicken’s foreman, Rosemary is SHADY. We ordered food at Slims and it took almost 30 minutes until we got fed up and asked for a refund because how come the other people who ordered after us got their food first! Also, she does shady stuff by so-called refunding your order by “voiding” it when i had already payed for it. She only gave me a refund when I had told her that I would call my bank and mention her by name!

They stop taking orders an hour before closing(1600)… I’m going to follow up this complaint with a ICE complaint to Fort Sam. The one time I did have it, it was good. How do y’all expect us to get food from y’all if most units release at 1700.

This place closes early and refuses to sell to customers if near time to close. I’m guessing the owner doesn’t like money. We were there at 1755 on 10/19 and they refused to sell us food and rather throw it away. Excuse was, “we are short staffed” You mean… “you are too lazy”
