Since the selling of slopes this past year serving sizes have decreased. I would much rather pay a bit more for a decent full serving. We order from Grub hub….My container of brunswick stew was 1/4 full.

Picked up a massive Uber eats order, the staff members that were there were incredibly helpful, even came out with a cart to help get the boxes in the car. On top of that the order was packaged phenomenally. Will be back to eat when I get the chance! Thank you guys 🙂 (it was on the top floor coincidentally, lol)

Slopes BBQ of Roswell provides 5-Star catering service! All I had to do was pick up the food. They think of everything; from serving utensils to individually portioned salad dressing & BBQ Sauce! Their mac-n-cheese is the BEST in Roswell. Everyone loved the pork BBQ sandwiches (which were individually wrapped!), the fresh salad, and mac-n-cheese. There was nothing to clean up once our party was over. Slopes BBQ of Roswell is my “Go-To” caterer for parties!

I recently visited Slopes Barbecue restaurant and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and the delicious smell of smoked meats. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and the menu was full of delicious options. I had the bbq pork platter, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the sides were all cooked just right. Five stars all the way!

I normally try a place more than once before leaving a bad review but I hope the owners fix this soon. Before visiting I read a review saying that the meat was dry and tasteless. I have pretty high expectations for bbq. Any time we are going on a road trip we stop at a hole in the wall bbq place. I’ve had some pretty amazing food stopping at these places. With that being said, this has to be the driest most tasteless pulled pork I’ve ever put in my mouth. It tasted like the pork roasts you get that’s precooked in an oven from a grocery store deli. It had that nasty grease taste to it. The “fried” okra was your typical so called southern fried okra that’s really not southern fried okra. You could tell it was pre breaded frozen okra. It was good but nothing to congratulate. The baked beans were very sweet and thick. The apple cobbler was good. Maybe one day when I am in the area I will stop in and try something else off of the menu. Maybe their expertise is the ribs or brisket and I just missed out on something amazing by ordering the pulled pork. There is no smoke flavor in the food I ordered. You can always tell your food is going to be good when even the sweet tea has a smoked flavor. The sweet tea also needs some loving by the way. Come to think of it, I didn’t smell bbq when I got out of my car. That’s usually a sign. If you don’t smell smoke when you first pull up, pull out and google another bbq joint. Bubba Q is 20 minutes down the road. I’ve never ate at the Woodstock location but the Jasper location always has good food. I wish this business many more years of success but I hope they start putting a little more love into their meat. It was not made with love. Whoever is cooking it really needs to pay attention to what they are doing and put a little more spirit into it. It’s nasty.

Delicious BBQ, had the rib plate and it was plenty for sharing with my wife. House BBQ sauce has a slight vinegar kick which is lovely. Everything was perfectly cooked including the ribs, collard greens and the most perfectly crispy sweet potato fries.
