Happy Hour at Smack Shack is absolutely fantastic. We had a wonderful time, and the food was delicious. The fresh oysters and the lobster rolls were the best I’ve ever tasted. Personally, I preferred the Connecticut style over the classic one. The addition of the crab cake slider and the moules frites made the experience even more delightful. I found the jumbo shrimp avocado a bit too sour for my liking.

That Sunday DJ Kasper saved my life! We we having our monthly meet up in the “Red Zone.” The atmosphere was ⚡️ the food although nothing to scream about was nice. Please put some seasoning on the blackened salmon… Heather our waitress was very attentive making sure everyone was taken care of and the mimosa’s kept coming the ladies were very happy. I can say it truly was “A Boogie Down Brunch!” Of course I couldn’t help but to dance the music was Thanks to management for mingling with the dining room sets the tone for a welcoming environment we had an awesome time ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent spot! The shrimp po boy was outstanding. Crab cakes were super good. Lobster rolls were heaping with claw meat. Shrimp on the bruchetta were huge. Mac & cheese was a bust for us, but apparently its popular. Service was friendly and prompt. Happy Hour specials start at 3pm. Will be back!!

What a fun place to go for lobster bisque, lobster rolls, blackened salmon, other lovely dishes including steak and a beverage of choice followed by desert. In my case the NY Cheesecake. Excellent service too! Dine inside or out, table, booth or bar. Go… enjoy.

We stopped in for a happy hour drink and snack and we were beyond impressed. The food was great, and let’s talk about a half dozen oysters for $10! We got one dozen and wished we had gotten more, they were east coast Salty Sally’s and shucked perfectly. We also got guacamole and their tuna poke rolls which were so fresh and flavorful. Their happy hour cocktails were on point too, we just couldn’t believe we had slept on this location. WAY better food and free parking compared to their downtown location. On top of that, the bartender Jim who served us was so nice. This is our new go to after work.

I’ve been here 4 times and it never disappoints! Even though this place is known for their lobster rolls (the Connecticut Style one is my favorite), everything else here has been so unique and filling. Last time I was here, I shared the summer salad, fried pickles/calamari, and brussel sprouts with my family and it was all just amazing. The service is also very quick and I love the theming of this place.

Disappointed over all. I love Salmon and this blackened version was sub par. Scale of 1-10 I’d give it a solid 5 and certainly not worth $32. I love to go out to eat and cost is never a factor. My daughter had clam chowder which seemed to be a bit better but not by much. Staff was very friendly and nice.

It’s the best Happy Hour EVER! It’s from 2-6 and they have every thing from Tina Poke Wraps, to Fried Shrimp to Oysters. Prices for HH food range from 5-10 dollars and also have a great selection of happy hour drinks as well! Always fast & friendly service. I’ve been going to the Smack Shack downtown for ten years, but love this one even more now. Tons of free parking!
