Great medium between fast food and a sit down restaurant. The burgers are great, the fries are nice and crispy, and the milkshakes are thick and flavorful! Very clean and organized as well. The only problem I have had was sometimes the staff are a bit inattentive, besides that, no complaints.

I really love the food here. Plus the staff is really friendly. I ordered the turkey burger and my son had the buffalo and blue burger. Both were great. The milkshakes are to die for! The only thing is the $$, its a tad expensive. However, it’s much better than typical “fast food”, so that kind of makes up for the cost :). I def recommend trying it!

Good fries and roasted Brussels sprouts. Hamburger was so-so. Portions are small. The server was friendly and the overall experience was pleasant. I visited on a weekday at lunchtime and the store was almost deserted. That doesn’t bode too well.

I was going to write a long review about my experience tonight, but all I will say is that this location consistently provides poor customer service. Specifically one of the employees who is always dressed unprofessionally (slippers, tie-dye sweatshirts, no uniform, etc.). The employees here need a serious re-training on customer service and professionalism. We keep trying to give it a chance, but its getting to the point where the food isn’t even worth it.

Been here several times, and managed to get my foodie sister-in-law hooked on the place. Burgers have always been good, no complaints there. I like the variety you can have with all of the options on the menu. The fact that they can also serve alcoholic drinks is nice too.

The staff were very preoccupied with talking to other customers which caused my order to be taken wrong. A side order of fried pickles were also missing when I left. When I returned for the missing order of fries and pickles the manager was brusque & didn’t believe I had ordered these things when the cashier forgot to charge me for one of the orders of fries and was dismissive when I went to pay for it. Good food, bad service.

The food was fine and the portions were fair but the service was a little slow and the prices were high if you do add ons like we did. Wayback Burgers has an easier to understand menu and it’s prices are cheaper. Also at our visit the soda dispenser had several options unavailable. There seems to be enough staff so perhaps in time the service issues will be corrected so I wouldn’t give up on Smashburger just yet. After all the food was really good.
