I just drove 30 miles for uncooked burgers. Smashburger is the only burger joint that doesn’t let you specify “well done.” So when you get home, you get the surprise of raw burgers. Over the past years, this has happened to me several times. To prevent a raw burger surprise, I put in the order at the store and tell them well done, or I order on the app only when I am there and then tell them well done. I’ve spoken to the managers and submitted over 20 surveys. It’s a simple request.

Okay, this is one of the better Smashburgers that I’ve come across in New Jersey. Food was prepared and finished faster than I expected. Turkey burger and Double classic smash burger was phenomenal. Fries and drinks were good as well. Would highly recommend this location to anybody looking to get a decent burger and fries.

I didn’t know what to eat today and so I was thinking Taco Bell Wendy’s Starbucks Panera. I came to Smashburger. I ordered a black bean burger and smashtots and a fountain drink. They had a strawberry pomegranate drink. Really nice. The best black bean burger. The tots were really nice. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Love it. After I finished my daughter was mad I didn’t call her so I picked her up and she chose to get a plant based burger and onion rings

I ordered an avocado bacon burger and the first bite I took made me gag. The avocado was very noticeably spoiled. After I scraped the avocado off everything I could (RIP to the soggy lettuce and tomatoes), the smell of rancid avocado stayed on the bun. I ended up eating just the burger meat and bottom bun. I have had smashburger food before and thought it was good, but the experience I had from this location today was awful. I’m very disappointed
