This was my first time visiting a Smash Burger and I was not disappointed. The location interior was simple but the food was much more than that. We ordered two double burgers and shakes and they were made perfectly. The strawberry shake was not too sweet and not too thick. The burgers were exactly what I thought they would be based on the hype of read. They were flavorful and yet not too greasy. The bun was very soft and fresh. The fries were very good too. The service was good at this location and everything appeared to be well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend visiting and I will certainly be visiting again!

Dirty! These tables are sitting here with food and garbage the entire time we have been here. Seven people being paid to work standing in kitchen eating and laughing. I had to ask to have the table cleaned to eat with my family. One of the staff members used the same rag to wipe our table, then the entire counter, and then the metal shake cups. $40 for cold fries, and I needed to remind them we were missing one order. Don’t waste your time or money!

It’s always good here. Friendly service in the food comes out quickly. Nothing special atmosphere wise, but let’s face it, it’s a fast burger joint. One star off for service. No ice in the ice machine and the only diet soda was out of service.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Restaurant did not verify order and allowed someone other than the Uber Eats driver to pick up the order. We’ve never been in the restaurant, but I suspect that the orders are placed on a shelf and anyone can just come in and grab them. If the pick up person had an app and the order was verified, then there’s no reason my food should’ve been stolen. Manager on duty did not seem concerned or apologetic and attempted to blame it on Uber eats. On the flip-side, Uber eats was amazing, and attempted to correct the situation in the restaurant, but was ignored while I was on the phone with her. The restaurant did not even offer to make our order again while the driver was there. Until you improve your pick up system, we will not be ordering from your restaurant again. Too bad because we love the food and the shakes! It’s just not worth the hassle.
