I would say this was slightly elevated fast food. So I rated it a 5 compared to other fast food chains. I got the brisket on my smash burger and it was tender and juicy. I thought it would be more of a mess but the large soft burger bun actually holds all the contents pretty well. I don’t like tater tot’s so I just got regular fries. The sandwich was pretty tasty. I think if you don’t want to go to your average burger fast food chain, this is a change of pace. The staff is great. The restaurant was clean and spacious with upstairs and downstairs seating. Not bad at all. Better than I expected.

Oh, I’ve a second thought before I try this resto and I should trust my vibe. Bbq wings for was so dry and very hard to bite, it seems like it’s not freshly made or they’re using air fryer that makes it dry, burger patties is burned/toasted and even the bread is dry. I gave 2 stars because the only thing I like is their french fries which is not oily and properly cooked.

First of all I have loved smashburger since I first had it in Dallas years ago. So I didn’t hesitate to visit here. The food was delicious and fresh. The turkey burger was perfect but the fries were a little greasy. The cashier also omitted my tots from my order somehow. When it was clear that they should be on the order.

A great place for a great hamburger. One major problem: please take your buns out of the freezer early in the day. I was literally served a hamburger with a very cold bun. The brussel sprouts were delicious! The burger was good. Nice seating area as well.

To say that the service at Smashburger is sluggish would be a gross understatement. I’ve visited this particular location multiple times, and more often than not, I find myself walking out empty-handed due to outrageous wait times of 25-30 minutes just for a burger and fries!

Absolutely appalling service at Smash Burger. I stood at the counter for a solid 15 minutes, and not a single staff member bothered to address me. Meanwhile, you have 5 other people complaining about their orders, also barely being addressed. It’s more than just an oversight; it’s a clear indication of their lack of customer care. If this is how they operate, I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon. A well-deserved one star.
