We love this Smashburger location. We live in Massachusetts, and make regular trips down to NYC. This is a great place to stop for a quick bite on the way in or out of the city. Love the smash fries. Great burgers and great lemonade.

Ok, I’m a huge fan of smashburger, it’s my go-to for burgers. I’ve only been to the Mamaroneck location twice, I normally go to the location in the Bronx. The Mamaroneck location needs some work, and management should step In. Today my burger was half cooked, not good. What I love about smash is the excellent consistency. I normally love the onion rings for their razor-thin crispy texture. Unfortunately, these were cut into five thick slices and not totally cooked. The help is lovely and polite. The kitchen just needs to be retrained. Take it for what you wish, but I see no reason to go to this location again.

Decent place for a burger. Burger is tasty and hygienic. Tater tots were garlic flavored but weren’t uniquely tasty considering the price of the burger. Kids menu has good options. The chicken we got was well cooked and tasty. Parking is on-street. In door seating is good. Staff is nice.

I got smashed tater tots and there was half a cup of oil at the bottom. I literally poured it and measured it cause I couldn’t believe it. It was a kids meal portion too so there wasn’t more than 10 tater tots. Absolutely disgusting threw everything out.

Worst experience ever! The place is filthy. The floor has a greesy feel and you have to be careful walking across the store or else you might brake your neck. Person at the counter was very rude. So went to this smash burger and wow it went downhill. 1st the lady at the register had such an attitude. 2nd the prices just keep going up and portions going down. 3rd the food was so greasy I could barely eat it. 4th, A burger with regular fries and a really small water for 3$ came out to about 17$. Yes 17$. I wont be back. I would say go to green life down the street, their burgers taste way better and people are very nice there. What happened smashburger??

Fantastic service, I forgot service could be this way, thank you! . I’m annoyed we haven’t eaten a burger from here sooner. First time I have eaten an entire burger in a long time. I’m picky about the bun… and this was delicious. Fries and milkshake- perfect! Buffalo wings were delicious too. Somehow the Buffalo wings are delicious and cheaper than all the places on the avenue. We will be back.

YUM..very greasy but so delicious and tasty!! They got great burgers for cheat/ comfort food days 🙂 I absolutely love the pretzel bun burger they got for just $4. Not a fan of the fries but the tater tots are delish. Only thing I would say is this is not a place you can run into and out of quick..it’s usually a longer wait, even if just for 2 simple burgers. But can’t bear the taste or the deals and you can order ahead on the app for a fast pickup!

Exceptional visit and a significant improvement from my previous visit. I was very happy with my visit. The burger fries and drink was wonderful. The restaurant was clean. The team member and manager were very friendly and nice and welcoming. There was a significant improvement from my last visit which makes me happy. The restaurant had a pleasant ambient atmosphere with the TV and music and it was overall very clean and a wonderful visit. My belly is very pleased.

The experience was not great. It seems to be a clean, fresh vibe in their advertising but the place was dirty, the baths disgusting and the food was not good at all. Everything was dripping oil. Although, the cashier lady was really nice. Kudos for her attention
