The food is really good but they have messed up my order the last 3 times. Not like ‘oh they forgot to put mayo on my sandwich’ but they have actually forgot to put fries in my bag twice and gave my wife the completely wrong sandwich. For the price you pay for a burger, you would expect to get better service. It’s conveniently close to where I live, so we will probably still go as the food was good, but it’s really frustrating.

Really didn’t have a great experience today with this place. My work ordered lunch from here and mind you, that is at least 8 people, so I can understand that is a good amount of food to make. But when you offer a place to name each order on the online ordering menu, and then proceed to not label anything so we have to open Every. Single. Burger, just to figure out which one goes to whom is just really ridiculous. And there were a couple of burgers that weren’t correct, and some sauces were forgotten. Just really didn’t make too many people happy.

The service here was unrivaled. The staff offered menu feedback, and spoke about their menu as if they were really proud of it. The food was indeed fresh and delicious. The customer service tableside followed suit. They checked to make sure everything was satisfactory and cleared our dishes after we were finished. I’ll absolutely return in the future.

When this place opened, and for a little while after, it was horribly run. Food was too salty, service was painfully slow, and trash everywhere. Things have changed. If you gave up on this location, give it a second chance. The place is clean, the service good, and the food got better. This is a great place to bring the kids for burgers, shakes and to take a break from the summer heat.

I didn’t care for my experience today. It took about 25 minutes just to order my food and when I cashed out they had problems with the credit card reader. Once I received my food it was wrong. There was also another patron who’s order was incorrect. This was my first and last time going there on my lunch.

I don’t know why the ratings for this place are so low but had a chicken burger here and it was good. Fresh ingredients. Sweet potato fries were crispy, which is hard to do. Also, they make milk shakes from Haagen Daaz ice cream.
