First time here. The girl taking our order seemed pleasant enough but she didn’t greet us or ask if we had questions, etc . My husband ordered the double bacon smash, and I got the double mushroom Swiss smash. We ordered an order of the onion rings. Results of the order of onion rings was small for the price. I thought they were delicious though but my husband thought they were a little too greasy. My husband was very pleased with his burger overall. I did like the taste of mine however I wish there was some salt and pepper on the tables. The meat was a good quality… That I could tell. However it needed some seasoning and the burgers were not seasoned at all… Not even with salt and pepper. It was not a terrible experience… The store itself was very clean and well lit. I thought overall it was an expensive trip. I would like to give this place another try and I definitely would like to try maybe their chicken and their fish.

Decided to give it a try after hearing some good things about them and it didn’t disappoint. Went early and the service was fast. The burger was probably the best burger I’ve had in a while. The fries were nice and warm.

First time at Smashburger. Thankfully there were 5 people ahead of us in line and we could look over the menu board. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. I ordered a Double Classic Burger (with no onions, lettuce, tomato or smash sauce – but burger arrived to table with everything but onions – it’s ok, I picked everything else off), regular fries, chocolate milkshake and soda. Fries were crispy and hot. My milkshake tasted fine, but my companion’s had a weird aftertaste. My companion ordered a Smack & Cheese Burger (Mac & Cheese smacked onto the Burger). It also was hot, fresh, dripping with cheese and tasty. We’ll definitely go back. Definitely fixes the crave for a burger. I would rate Smashburger better than Five Guys.

While the food was tasty, it wasn’t worth the 25 minute wait to just get a burger and fries. The staff here seems to have no hustle in them whatsoever. They all move as if people aren’t waiting for food. There was a large group when I entered but they left shortly after I arrived which left a whole room of people waiting for food. It couldn’t have been that group that slowed things down.

I’m not sure about the regular burgers, but they have a good black bean burger that mimics a regular burger (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and their smash sauce)! The smash tots with the rosemary/olive oil coating were really tasty also.

Great food, not great service. I’ve been here several times and on different days with similar results. We actually waited 50 minutes to get our food (that’s not an exaggeration). The store wasn’t slammed either so I’m not sure how it was possible to be slow. I asked the manager at 30 minutes how much longer it would be and she said “I really don’t know” and proceeded to ignore me.
