First, food is ok but not great. I’ve been in many states and it’s usually really good. Clearly understaffed. 30 minutes for a single burger and just me without a waiting line? No one to clean the tables or maybe they just don’t want to do it. The cashier pretty much running errands here and there. I was really confused with service. No number for your table, they call you. The owner needs to come and check his place before it fall apart

This was our first time ordering at this restaurant and their customer service is Horrible..!!! The staff wasn’t attentive at all..!We ordered our meals online and it stated that Smash Burger will notify us when our order was ready for pick up. 45 minutes to an hour, later no one contacted us to confirm, if our order is ready. I called several times and no answer, I went in to the restaurant, one staff was helping a customer. I was up next and the staff looked at me and said nothing, Just walked away, never came back to assist me with my order. I had to approach the staff to ask about my order, after having a mixup about our order, we found our order was waiting to be picked up. Our burger was okay, but the chicken wings was dried and the French fries was overcooked and dried. The restaurant was clean and limited paid street parking is available.

Look what I found today While in Chinatown today I ran across Smashburger the atmosphere it was very friendly The restaurants is very clean the workers seem to be very in tune to what you want it. They have more varieties then the Shake shack it’s a mix between shake shack and five guys.The Music is pretty cool, old school R&B and the cook was signing along. My food came out fast, it was Hot, correct. The ingredients were fresh over all I give them a 5 star review

First and last time trying Smash Burger. The pictures let you decide. Overcooked burger and bacon. The sweet potato fries is good. Customer service……I picked up my own food for dine in as it was seating on the counter waiting to be served.

This place is a disaster. Made the mistake of ordering online and the website indicated that my food would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived at pickup time and the place was super busy – waited over 40 minutes with many other frustrated customers. Employees had no initiative and couldn’t have cared less. Orders were coming out wrong left and right. No one was checking to make sure all the food was in the bags. Our order was missing a burger, all our kids fries, all the kids drinks, no condiments, no napkins. Spent $45 for food and it was not worth it. Do not get food from here. You will regret it.

I ordered a double Colorado turkey burger and Brussel sprouts through Uber Eats. I received a single turkey burger instead and the Brussel sprouts were extremely salty. I contacted Uber Eats and received a full refund. I called the location to offer feedback as there are a few reviews from customers who ordered double burgers but only received a single. I spoke to Steven, who’s a manager. He invited me in to receive a free meal. Now, this location is 30 minutes out of the way from me but I decided to take him up on his offer. He said that he wouldn’t be in but he would tell the other two managers, Shannon and Joe, that I’d be stopping by. I arrived today to discover that he DID NOT tell them to expect me. My sister and I felt a bad vibe the moment we stepped foot in this location. EVERY SINGLE employee had a bad attitude. It clear none of them wanted to be there. We waited at the register for five minutes before we were even acknowledged. My sister placed her order and paid. I placed the same order I had before but asked for garlic rosemary wings as well. The man taking my order had an attitude and said the wings wouldn’t be comped. I felt they should be because I drove all the way downtown and paid for parking. It’s the least they could do for the inconvenience. My sister forgot to ask for grilled onions on her black bean burger and when she did the light skin girl, who’s the cook, shook her head with an attitude. She was also doing something on her phone and making sandwiches. That’s disgusting, everyone knows phones have a lot of germs. My sister left a tip when she paid and instantly regretted it. Needless to say, I won’t be back. There’s a reason this place has a 3.4 rating.

I’ve been watching the Smash burger phenomenon for years and decided to give it a shot. The advantage being the crispness of the patties. Well, over all pretty decent . A double is all you need for the day! Staff was friendly and they hand deliver it to you. The music is millennial, but the I hope they survive .
