Went there with my daughter, walked in, went to the register to order our food, and stood there for a few minutes before the cashier came to the counter during that time another couple came in from the side door and took them first. I think that is poor customer service. The food was good. The onions were very greasy. The burger was good. Bacon was overcooked on the burger. The food is pricey.

Food was great as usual! Burgers are never a let down. Onion straws were a bit greasy, but smash fries were on point. Interested in trying their wings next time. Like that they’ve expanded their menu options. Would like to see more salad options.

Decided on a quick bite while waiting to hit a concert. The food was excellent! The menu options had something for everyone and the seasoned fries were great and the burger was delicious. Prices are a little to the higher side but the food made it more then worth it.

The woman at the register claimed orders could not be placed due to the grill being full for ten minutes. I’m sorry but when that happens, you take the order, give the cooks the ticket, and tell the customer that there will be a bit of a wait – you don’t just not take orders. It’s completely against how kitchens operate. They should be ashamed.

Well I’ll start with the overpriced food that felt like an eternity to even come (mind you I ordered chicken tenders) overall the food wasn’t bad, took awhile though. The service was okay but did require much. As far as the environment/atmosphere, I would have to say that was one of the worst parts of this place, very confined and people were pretty much trampling each other to get where they needed to go, the seating was very closely set , wasn’t dirty but wasn’t clean. & By far the worst experience was the bathroom…. Extremely dirty, the smell was undescribable, sink didn’t work and toilet made a lot of noises. I would never go back to a smash burger anywhere ever. Good luck to anyone who does.
