Pretty disappointed. Agree with others regarding cost and taste. Disappointing fries both in taste and small size. Burger was just okay. Not even full. Not sure if I’ll ever come back. Had to brush my tabletop clean too.

Ordered a 6oz spicy chipotle one. I would say it is a great burger if the price isn’t so high. Been to a few burger joints (no not McD, BK, etc) myself and this one didn’t really stand out, except for the price. Then again all burger joints seemed to have prices in the sky. Perhaps I should have try something along the classic version. Didn’t try fries because I thought that will come with the burger, particularly for that price range. All in all Ok burger, nothing special even for the special, high price.

The restaurant is clean. Ms. Carolyn at the front counter was very nice. The blue cheese burger was okay. The Smash fries were barely cooked and dripping in oil. Not like they were supposed to be, like 10 napkins dripping. The onion strings were tasteful but also dripping in oil. Overall the people are nice, the food left a lot to be desired.

I do reviews for one of two reasons; the service is great or it’s terrible. This was definitely the latter. I’ve been here twice about a year and a half apart. The service was terrible both times. We walked in at lunch time and the 5 customers inside during lunch rush should’ve clued us in. There was no line, as we approached the register the cashier told us to hold on, she then went outside and adjusted an outdoor table’s umbrella. After she came back in and took our order we waited 25 minutes! Again, with no other orders ahead of our own. To top it off the food was bland and expensive. $14 for a burger, small fries and medium drink! The service was terrible and I’ve had better burgers at Wendy’s.

We were surprised that the “big” burger is fairly small. The food tasted fine and was out to us in a reasonable amount of time with the exception of an order of fries and our son’s drink. After 15 minutes, we asked for a refund for the fries and reminded them that we still needed our son’s chocolate milk. The cashier wasn’t rude but completely and unapologetically apathetic. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the women’s room which was rectified pretty quickly but still too late for my use. We won’t be back.
