The staff at the front was very kind and helped us save money on our order. Food came out quick and their new brisket burger is superb. The location is consistently dirty though, with trash and liquids and crumbs everywhere.

The food here is always good, but after our last visit, not good enough to overcome everything else that will keep us from returning. My son ordered a large tots, and he received 12 of them that, even if passed as a large, didn’t even come close to filling up the tray that they came on. They were just scattered around and looked anemic and haphazard. The staff was rude and walked away when I asked if we could get more tots, so unfortunate. A simple “hey we didn’t drop enough tots in the fryer for your order, we have some more going right now and will bring them out when they are done” is all it would have taken. I was excited they had dairy free shakes, but the ice cream was too hard to make a shake and was told they could not soften it. No offer to refund the shake, no offer to get me something else that I might enjoy. It takes a lot for me to say something or speak up when the food is lackluster most of the time, but this time I had no choice. We did not get the customer service, amount of food, or quality of food that we paid for. Because of this, I will not be returning, which is disappointing for all involved, including us.

Be very careful about ordering food from their website. If the store runs out of an item, the store cannot refund a part of your order or all of it and there is no customer service number to call on their website. You have to “send a online message” and hope they get back to you or call your credit card company. Terrible stone age business practice in this era. They take your money in a flash but make refunds extra difficult.

We stopped by for Cobb salads a couple weeks ago but they were out of lettuce (!). So we tried again tonight with success. They do a great job on these – lots of lettuce, a fried egg, onion, bacon… I topped mine with a burger patty and Jim got a chicken breast so it was really filling and delicious. When you dine in it’s a nice presentation too – a big tilted bowl – so it doesn’t spill everywhere. Only four stars because of the sullen employees.

Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the price. It’s definitely on the spendy side for a burger. But every time I go the service is great, food comes out fast, and it always tastes delicious. It’s definitely a step up from burger King, and it’s cheaper than 5 Guys so that’s a plus. Their fries are average, but the seasoning they have for them is delicious!

I’ve wanted to try this place for a while and admittedly may have had unreasonable expectations. Cheeseburger and fries were good. not great but good. about 13.50 for classic smash, fries and soda. Kids cheeseburger, fries, and soda was about $7.50. only discernible difference was kids cheeseburger just didn’t have pickles, tomato, etc and smaller cup. so kids meal better deal. soda fountain machine had 3 of 8 dispensers out of order. The menu display had 2 of 5 panels out of order so had to go online to figure out what to order which was irritating.

I had a horrible experience. They told me I couldn’t make my burger into a meal even though I even pointed out to them on the menu that there is an option to make it a meal, and they said there’s no button on their register for it. It took at least 20 minutes to get my order and it was not even busy. They handed me my to-go order finally and I checked to see if the order was correct (I ordered a burger and fries) and they forgot to give me my fries so I told them and they told me it was in the window still and then they gave it to me but they were cold so I don’t know how long they were even sitting out. My burger was soggy and had way too much sauce in it as well. I feel like I wasted money because my food that I received was very disappointing. They also didn’t give me a receipt at all. It didn’t feel welcoming at all on top of the bad experience especially the fact that they didn’t even apologize for the poor service or long wait time.

SCAM!!! I order food online late around 830. Went to the store picked up my order, got home and noticed my food wasn’t right. I called in they told I could come back and they would remake the order although I had 15 minutes left before they closed to get there, which wasn’t possible. I asked for a refund they said they would give me one. Waited never received one. Manager seemed upset and I don’t think she believed me. So I’m gonna upload picture to prove. To show my order and what I was given. The ticket from the Cook shows the food that was ordered was different. I will not be coming back to this location.
