Food was okay. My chicken sandwich sat under the heat lamp while the cashier waited on 2 other customers…it was served cold. I noticed how unclean the restaurant was…tables dirty, filth on the floor. They hadn’t had a good wipe down in awhile. I also noticed cashier staff handling money and credit cards and then handling food without handwashing in between. I was happy on previous visits but this visit was sub par. This restaurant will not make it for long in Chanhassen at this rate.

Recommend going to another location. Just look at my photos. Didn’t do anything but take it out of the bag. That was a large fry. Staff was nice, food was McDonalds level, but 4x the price.

This was my first ever visit to Smash Burger. The girl who greeted us behind the counter was very helpful with helping us figure out our order. She was patient and friendly. I found the restaurant pleasant, clean, and inviting. It came to a little more than I expected, but not horribly so. The foot came out super fast, considering it is made to order! The spicy chipotle bun and pepper jack cheese had a nice bite. Overall quite a good burger. I had the Smash Fries, and found those to be tasty as well. Whole this may not be my new favorite, it was definitely good, and I would eat it again.

“Fast” food carries a pretty low expectation for most people. Something tasty, presented fairly quickly, at the right temperature should be easy to achieve. Not so at this establishment. The employee at the register had a hard time even explaining the menu; what comes with the order, is a meal with fries and a drink an option, etc. We were given our number and then spent the next few minutes looking for a table that had been cleared. We counted seven tables still covered with trash, and the empty table tops had not been wiped down for new diners. After 15 minutes the female employee brought one sandwich to the table. Our party went up to the front for the rest of our meals, only to find the fries were cold! During the 15 minutes we waited, the two employees joked with each other and played on a cell phone, oblivious to their surroundings. We requested a refund and left. We are big supporters of local business, but unfortunately this store won’t see us again. Too bad…Smashburger at other locations have never disappointed.

We typically enjoy Smashburger but this location has proven time and time again to be a disappointment. We were there at about 6:00 pm on a Saturday evening. We had to wait to place our order as they were correcting two previous orders that were incorrect. We finally got to place our order and the employee couldn’t get the computer to allow our free entree that we had a coupon for so he had to give us a card.

Fairly limited parking, but great food for a great price! There wasn’t free wifi which was a bummer for the meeting I attended there. They ran out of the black bean burger, so two of my friends had to decide who would get the last one. Loved the sweet potato fries as well as the smash fries. Overall, clean atmosphere and good food.

The burger was really good. The bathrooms were very messy and so was the dining area, we were there around 3 so I’m thinking they had time to clean but hasn’t gotten around to it yet. I don’t see myself going back $50 for 4 burger meals is a lot when the place looks the way it did.
