Probably the worst service I have ever had!! Asked why… Was told two people quit, this was to be their last day — they didn’t show up. Another staff person just didn’t show up!!

Food has been going downhill here used to be really good. Had take out tonight, sat at the counter for almost 10 minutes before I could get someone’s attention to hand me the bags. My burger was dry and came with literally 1/4 of a whole onion on it. Fried pickles were cold and soaked in a pile of oil. Five Guys is next door you’re better off heading there.

Excellent service. My standards are high and they were met or exceeded. The food was what I expected, and delivered hot. Brad in particular was very friendly and helpful.

Always a good experience, delicious food. Usually a little wait, but that just means it’s fresh.

This was my first time at Smashburger, and I went to this location because it was close by. I have to say the experience overall was pretty underwhelming. It wasn’t very busy, but the food took a while to be prepared. This wouldn’t have bothered me as much if not for the fact that the food wasn’t very fresh. The fries and haystacks were a bit cold and soggy, which might have been because they were cooked before the burgers were done, and left sitting on the counter. The burgers tasted fine, but nothing special – I prefer Five Guys. The staff didn’t seem very organized about how to efficiently fulfill orders. They also seemed to have inventory issues, as they were out of a lot of things. It’s fine that they offered substitutes, but when you have to constantly tell customers you’re out of basic staple ingredients a burger shop should have (for example, American cheese), on a Friday night, it’s a little concerning. My final complaint is the layout of the store. There’s only one way in, one way out. Normally this would be fine, but there’s a barrier by the door (I’m assuming to keep the line organized) that forces you to squeeze through the line of people waiting to order so you can leave. Why, Smashburger, why?!?

Food was great – loved the buns and rosemary fries! Employees seemed hard working and engaged. Spent less money than for two whopper meals at BK for SUCH better food. We split the fries because there were a lot of them!

This Smashburger location is centered right next to a Five Guys, and while I’ve tried both, I prefer the Smashburger for their food and prices. But that’s about the only good thing I have to say about them. This location is bottom-rung, avoid at all costs, and not worth the wait, kind of service. My husband and I have been here several times, choosing to eat at this location because it’s closest to us, but in the time it takes to get our food here, we could have driven 15 minutes away to the next closest location and gotten our food and been home by then. I’m not even exaggerating. This is multiple times we’ve come here to eat, and we’ve even tried during the weekday versus the weekend, and at all times of the day, during meal rushes and not. The service is just so dreadfully slow, not to mention unprofessional. As having worked in food service ourselves, my husband and I like to think we are more patient than the regular patron, and we are more observant but also understanding because we’ve been there and stuff happens. The last time we went was for dinner. It took over 30 minutes to receive our food and they hadn’t finished my shake. It took another 15 minutes for the shake to be finished, and they automatically put it in a to-go cup so I got way less of the shake than what they prepared. Staff had to approach me twice for reminders as to what flavor I had ordered, and no staff member even noticed for the time we waited that my shake hadn’t been prepared and served. One lady was very (maybe too) open with us, as she served us our foods and she thanked us for being patient, we explained we’d been there and we understand. Then she told us she usually doesn’t work this shift, but was helping out because of short staffing, and she repetitively rolled her eyes, talked towards staff members, and told us about how she’ll never work that shift again because the staff members made it impossible to serve customers in a timely manner and she was having to deal with the angry aftermath. She was very polite and friendly towards customers though, which was very appreciated as that can be tough. Not to mention, the location doesn’t allow for much space when you’ve got several people waiting for their food, many people in line ordering, and staff members running around the front of the house as well, that it became jam-packed too fast and easily. I’ll continue to enjoy Smashburger, but perhaps from somewhere far away from this location until I hear of changes being made in their staffing.

Disappointed. This was my first visit. It was about 12 noon and we were the only party in line. Menu is high on wall and very difficult to read and navigate. I was asked to wait and register person went to kitchen. I asked for a paper menu. Prices are high for what you get. I ordered a salad and other two in party ordered burgers and one order of fries. Food was good but service lacked. I know why no one was there.

This is a chain and has the food of the chain. There is nothing wrong with the food. I have been to this location multiple times and the service is very slow. It seems like I have to also go over my order at least 3 times to get the order in right. Staff could use more training, most seem nice just don’t know what to do. Wish the company would invest in costumer service. I don’t blame the local employees they seem to be doing their best.

I went here yesterday, 4/26. The service was a little slow. They didn’t give me my milkshake until I had been there for 10 minutes. When I asked about my food, the young lady didn’t know if it was ready. She went back to the pick up counter and looked at a bag, then handed it to me. $16 for a Triple-Double Bacon burger, large fries, and an Oreo Cookie shake. That’s too expensive. I could have gotten a better tasting food from the Wendy’s across the street for half as much.
