The moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by friendly staff who were more than happy to assist me. The ambiance was clean, modern, and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. They also have a patio so we sat outside to enjoy our meal.

We tried 3 burgers from there, the original burger double patties, the new bbq one and the Colorado burger and all 3 were amazing. My favorites were the Colorado and the original because it tasted really fresh. The cheddar buns were really nicely toasted and stood up to the special sauce.

It’s decent, the double Colorado burger is good. Big issue I had is I ordered with no lettuce. Naturally it came covered in it. My wife ordered the smash tots but received regular. Sent them back but the smash tots we received was so salty couldn’t really tast anything else. Overall place is clean and the customer service was good. With that being said there is stiff competition in NWA when it comes to burgers and this place doesn’t quite check all the boxes for us. Especially being higher on the price end.

This burger place is okay. It’s not the best but it’s not the worse. It’s just mediocre. My burger tasted pretty greasy and that was about it. I got the colorado burger. My wife enjoyed her burger. The fries were probably the best because it had the crisps like McDonald’s fries. The milkshake was not that good. Tasted more like milk and not enough ice-cream. Would I eat again? Probably. But it would not be my first choice to go here.

We ordered the same burger that we always order but it wasn’t cooked correctly. The meat was not seasoned and seemed watered down. I spoke to the guy that took our order and he wanted to argue with me about the way it was cooked by telling me that in fact it was cooked right. We come here often but probably won’t be coming back. There’s a reason this place isn’t very busy. $30 wasted – save your money and go someplace else.

If you want disappointment for dinner, highly recommend. If you want a good meal, look elsewhere! Waited 35 minutes (with only 2 other customers in the store, not busy at all!!) for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. Astonishing! No condiments on either burger – we ordered them as is, no adjustments. Never coming back unless I get a craving for disappointment again. Saddest. Burgers. Ever.

They have some amazing burgers! My favorite burger is the classic. The first bite may be considered the best thing you have ever eaten in your entire life. Most fast food places either have good fries and ok or bad burgers, or vice versa. Smash Burger, on the other hand has amazing fries, AND the BEST burger I have ever had. And as a burger addict, that is a huge compliment. On the other hand, unfortunately, the two times I have gone there has been a older lady, very sweet, but somewhat hard to understand, and sometimes needing to hear what you said a second time.
