Paid $16.79 for a burger with no veggies in it meat is overly salted and fries are nothing special service and location is good .but food quality and quantity makes me not wanna come back..

I came here with my grandson to get something to eat the girl up front told me we had a thirty minute wait although we were the only one here and a few people already eating then about ten minutes later she stood there looking at us finally told my grandson to order something and then I placed my order being I am a senior of eighty two years old I can’t eat anything to big so I ordered a kids meal my grandson ordered chicken and fries when we got our order my burger was burnt I had a side of onions that I covered over the burger the french fries what cold and very hard I couldn’t chew them show my grandson went up and told them my fries were cold and hard so they brought me new fries that the girl up front brought them to our table and slammed them down and quickly walked away.

April 2023 post. Used to be a really good place to go, but lately it has been going downhill more and more every time I go in there. While I was waiting for my to go order I looked over to the kitchen order window, and I saw a cook/food prep kitchen staff scratching their neck near their hairline…WITH THEIR FOOD PREP GLOVES ON.

I had the double Colorado burger with onion rings and some Buffalo hot wings, the onion rings were kinda salty but all in all the service was good and the food was delicious

Two customers, we ordered: 1 single smash, (6.99) 1 regular fry, (2.99) 1 double smash, (9.49) 2 med drinks $5.98). $25.45 plus tax. Out of salt & pepper. None of these were “combo meals”. 3 items, 2 drinks. Asked for utensils, was handed, loose, not factory wrapped, plastic, knife and fork. Sorry won’t be back. UPDATE: Smashburger reached out to us and resolved this issue.

Onion rings (strings) were one solid lump of batter that was extremely salty. The burger itself looked smashed and old. Taste of everything is old and rubbery.

On 6/20/23 my family and I went here for dinner. As soon as we walked in, the person at the counter tells us they were out of shrimp, brisket, fries, and a few other things, which left a small menu. We decided to eat there anyway and ordered a classic smash with everything, tots, and drink for my husband, a classic smash, easy smash sauce, no tomatoes, smashtots, and a drink for me, and a bacon burger with lettuce, burger patty, and bacon only, nothing else, tots, and a drink for my son. My husband EXPLICITLY SAID, “I NEED THAT BACON BURGER TO ONLY HAVE MEAT, BACON, LETTUCE, AND BREA. THATS IT.” When we get our order, my son’s order was incorrect. It had cheese on it. So I took it back to the counter and told the woman about the mistake. Rather than apologize and offer to make it right, she says, “THERE WAS NOTHING MENTIONED ABOUT NO CHEESE!” I simply said, MA’AM I HEARD WHAT HE TOLD YOU AND HE SAID EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTED ON THE BURGER. She blows me off. All I wanted was a different burger, but they were out of beef, so they couldn’t even make another burger. We had to wait for the Mgr to cone to get our refund because either she wouldn’t or couldn’t do the refund .. won’t be back

The quality of the food has greatly reduced since the glory days of this chain. That and my personal side order was forgotten and I had to ask for it and present receipt. Store itself was clean and maintained as was the bathroom.
