1st time in a long time that I have tried this place. Just walking in, you can smell just how good the food is. The service is very friendly. They don’t offer combos, so burger, fries, and drink all separate. But man oh man is it good!

Got a promotional offer for their scorching hot chicken sandwich for $5 (online only). Ordered through the app which was fairly easy and the estimated time shown on app was 8 minutes so I reached there with that calculation. But eventually it took more than 20 minutes so I had to wait at the online-order lobby for some time which was little bit disappointing. Flavor-wise, it was just ok.. The sandwich was very salty and had little spiciness so I am not sure why they call it “scorching-hot”(spicy red pepper mayo was the saving grace). It was also dry so I would say, overall my experience was just an average one.

Enjoyed our 1st visit and went back a 2nd time in the same week. It’s very good but I did notice that with all the added Ingredients on my burger, the flavor of the patty got lost. May need to get a plain burger next time. Brussels Sprouts are my Fav! Tha ks for having a healthy option. And the Hay stacks are good. The fancy French fries really have no flavor but they’re better than the plain ones.

Hands Down My Favorite Burgers Ever!! The Staff Was Great Here and The Bathroom Was Clean.. My ONLY Issue was that the floors felt slick like KFC used to As far as I know as long as they are mopped daily it should fix that.. if you aren’t eating your fries with Smash Sauce you are Missing Out!

Ordered thru door dash son liked his cheese burger. If you like grease, the potato tots are for you. had to use a napkin to absorb all the dripping grease. Grilled chicken avocado bacon burger was good.

I’d like to tell you how Smashburger was, but I can’t…because although we drove across town and arrived at 9:30 pm, when they don’t close until 10:00 pm, the young man who was working there informed us they work closed. When I mentioned we drove across town, and it says you aren’t closed until 10:00, he said “well you can come in and order, but I just mopped the floor.” To that I responded, “never mind, I don’t want to make you have to work.” I decided not to chance it and have this kid cook my food for the evening. I will not be returning to this establishment!!!

slow service,fod was sub par. examples….lettuce was old looking, store was stinky, service was very slow even though the place was dead. the drink with my burger was an additional 3 something!!!!! almost 4 $ for a 32 oz drink, onion rings were soggy and undercooked. overall 2 out of 10.

The best burger in town and it’s not even close. The service is excellent. They serve what I would consider a gourmet burger. The employees are sharp, attentive and fast. Don’t forget to tip these folks, they work diligently to deliver a great product and are not your average burger joint.
