Where do I start? My wife and I came to visit with a group of our friends and it’s going to be the last time. After we ordered our food and sat down, the cashiers started playing rap music loudly on their phones… We could literally hear it from across the room. Then, when our food came out it, our fries were BEYOND greasy. We had to use multiple napkins to try to dry them off. Lastly, my wife’s food was the last to come out literally 30 MINUTES later. We all ate and we’re waiting for her food to come out. And there wasn’t any apology for the absurd wait time. We have been here before and it was NOTHING like this. I have personally worked in the food industry before and this was just unacceptable. Don’t eat here, unless you want an experience like this…

I ordered a $10 Chicken Cobb salad and instead of the usual size that I can split into two lunches, they gave me this small side salad to go box. I have a smash burger next to it for scale. They also forgot to include any dressing. The large sweet potato fries are also usually overflowing out of the box so we can share one, but this one was about 2/3 full. Very disappointing for the money.

Eat Well Travel Often
It seems like either the Owners aren’t here very often or management isn’t trained well or just not expected to uphold very high standards. We stopped by for a late lunch today and the place was a mess (and not very busy). The table we sat at was surrounded by dirty tables piled up with former customers’ leftovers. None of the tables had been wiped down since the last customers sat there. The booth we almost sat at had crumbs all over it and the table we ended up sitting at was definitely not wiped off but wasn’t quite as bad as the others. I couldn’t sit my Louis Vuitton in the chair next to me because it had sticky gunk all over it. My chicken sandwich came to me with a grease soaked receipt underneath it. There was a dripping hose underneath the fountain drink area. No napkins out for customers. My husband walked up front and asked for napkins… the employee handed him a couple napkins… my hubby said “thank you” twice, the employee said nothing and turned to walk away. As he was walking away, my hubby then said “that’s usually when somebody says You’re Welcome”. Still NOTHING. We absolutely won’t be back. The food was fine, but in our opinion, cleanliness of the restaurant and professionalism by employees is just as important- if not more so. Concerning the employees being required to act in a professional manner and keep the restaurant clean (ESPECIALLY in the time of Covid 19), this was a joke.

Something was very wrong with the food I ordered from here on Tuesday 05/09. Within 5 minutes of eating the chicken tenders and tater tots, I started to get very bloated and my stomach felt raw. Proceed to now a day later and I’ve been throwing up and having diarrhea for 10+ hours… I am positive it was a reaction to this food, as it was the only thing I ate on Tuesday and I’m not on any medication.

Next door, Jimmy John’s was packed so I went to smash burger, where there was no line. Now I know why. Everything was gross. Dirty plates, bathroom was gross, oily smears all over windows and seats in dining room and food particles everywhere on floors and tables. Why even have a business if this is how you’re gonna run it? I will not be back.

I got the double turkey and my roommate got a classic double. OMG SO YUMMY!! My roommate was confused when I told her they indeed smash the burger (she thought they smashed it with their hands ). Only complaint was the price and that fries are included. I could do with out the fries honestly but the burger was well worth it!
