Got my burger through DoorDash and for the patty to be this thin there is NO way the meat should be undercooked! I had to literally eat the edges of the burger and pick through the pink meat. Mind you I am pregnant. Never again will I order from this location.

Ordered through uber eats since I can’t leave work, and the burger was still raw inside. $12 for an undercooked burger is crazy lol. I understand a little pink pink but this was obviously not prepared correctly as you can see in the picture. I don’t do reviews, but you can get someone very sick serving food like this.

Walked in and was immediately hit with a horrible smell, almost made me gag. I walked up to the counter, and the lady at the register just looked unclean. She asked if my order was for here it to go. I said for here, but the smell was just overwhelming. I looked at the menu for a bit and told her (politely) that I just wasn’t very hungry right now and walked out. I’m usually OK with eating anywhere, but there’s no way I could eat in this place. I love smashburger and have eaten at the one in Sugarland multiple times. This place has decent reviews, I’ll never enter this establishment again.

My first time at SmashBurger at the request of my daughter, I love a great burger and this was it! I had the Avocado Bacon Double and it was amazing, juicy patties. Fresh Avocado (which I love), bun held up. Perfect amount of sauce. Very nice.

Staff is friendly. Had a special order and all was made as requested. They even repeated the order back to make sure. Gluten free bun, no bun, no sauce or dairy. Glad we stopped in. Brought our food to the table and so friendly. Made sure all went well.

I had the black bean smash burger with the passion fruit lemonade. The burger was seasoned well, the smash tots were good and loved the rosemary, and the lemonade was very refreshing. My best friend said her turkey burger was too salty but the fries were sooo delicious!

Love Smashburger food. I went for quick lunch and ordered a kids meal ( I know ) they were able to fix the burger with sweet potato fries aaand added the spicy Mayo. Soo good. You can add that spicy Mayo to any order.

Facility was clean and orderly. Food was properly prepared. Burgers were pretty tasty. Fries were unremarkable. The lady behind the cash register was kind of unfriendly, which is why 3 stars instead of 4. A worker took out trash down our aisle instead of going out the back, side, or other aisle bot being used while we were eating which doesnt make for the most appetizing environment.
