Extreme high prices, $3.99 for combo “deal” of fries and a drink, a whopping $0.10 savings! Food was okay, but not worth prices posted. I had grilled chicken which was probably the thinest slice of chicken breast I’ve ever been served.

First time visiting smash burger at all, but the last time at this location. Food was stale, cold, and salty. The chicken strips were old and dry. fries were stiff and cold. 2 of 3 burgers weordered had no cheese even though we were charged for it.

Quick service. Good burgers and nice crunchy fries. The Chipotle Mayo sauce is the only true dipping sauce. I recommend the Spicy Jalapeño Baja!

This chain used to be really great. Service and food was excellent in recent years at any location. Now they make you feel unwelcome hours before closing, with chairs up. Food quality changed drasticaly recently. Recent visits have had multiple mistakes in our order that were treated as an inconvenience to the teenage staff. It’s too bad to see a great place grow too fast and not keep to the quality that got them an amazing start. Won’t be giving smash burger another visit any time soon.

Good burgers and fries. Staff was incredibly accomodating. I showed up approximately 20 minutes to close, on New Years Eve, 2019. I am not “that guy”. I had worked 12 straight hours without a meal and needed some comfort food. I specifically asked the staff if their making of my meal would hinder them from leaving work on time and I was assured that it would not. I also specified that if it would, then I would happily leave – I did not want to impose. They kindly made me their last to-go order of 2018, and then I was on my way. I definitely recommend trying Smash Burger and this location in particular!

Smashburger is really good and the grilled chicken is great. I forgot to check my order before I left and found out they forgot the avocado once I got home. Since I ordered it carry out and we’re eating at home, no way to really fix it. The prices are too high for them to forget a charged add on and it’s happened more than once. But overall, they do have great burgers. Just check your order before you leave!

In terms of a burger joint, Smashburger delivers on food and service. I had a BBQ Bacon and Cheddar burger with Fried pickles and I thought both the burger and the fried pickles were top notch and I will definitely be back for more. The staff were also knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The issue I had the knocks this from a 5 star review to a 3 star one is in deceptive pricing and marketing practices. They advertise 2 sizes – the single and the triple double. Where one might think this is three patties of meat, it really means two patties of meat and 3 slices of cheese. Then the price of 6.99 doesn’t include any sides, which for the portion of even the triple double will definitely leave you wanting for more. Even a basic fry and drink (not that big either) will set you back another $4 and premium sides like the fried pickles and a drink will set you back $5. By the time you’re done ordering a satisfying meal, you’re really paying about $10 to $12 but all the various signage advertising their prices makes you think a whole meal is only $5 to $7. Smashburger would do much better touting how good the food is than trying to make you believe it’s cheap.

Our burgers were disgusting. They were so greasy that the entire wrapper was dripping. Sloppy, soggy mess! There was no bacon on my husband’s burger even though we were charged for it. There was no cheese on mine. The patties had zero seasoning. The young “cooks” were busy eating while working the grill.

Food is good, however, the employees are the saddest bunch ever. Like you’re inconveniencing them by frequenting their establishment to insure their paycheck. I’ve visited multiple times and never once had them be anything other than grouchy and put-off by being there. If you have the extra 10 minutes, go to the one off Arapahoe and I25 and be appreciated as a customer.
