Had classic double and my wife had the Carolina burnt ends single. The food was better in this store than it’s ever been today and then any other SB we have been. The young man who took our order was very polite and professional. The store was very clean. Only feedback I have is the music feels a little loud and the genre is pretty bad.

I’ve been to a number of SB’s over the years and this was my worst visit of them all. Two young guys running the front seemed very clueless and it was taking forever to dispatch orders. Lots of food seemed to be sitting under the hot lamps, with two deer in the headlights staring at it. The lobby tables were all dirty except one and during our 30ish minute visit, not one was cleaned. Incoming customers were sitting at dirty tables. One of the front counter guys kept asking those of us waiting “what did you order?”

Great customer service and friendly staff. Food was fresh The order was correct, and it came up before expected. The food was hot and tasteful. Mike came to my table and made sure my food was correct and to my liking. I told Mike the food was perfect, I’ve ordered everything on the menu, and everything was good. Mike gave me a few suggestions to add more spices to my burgers and chicken sandwiches. I love the wings. hot.

First time in probably 3 years that I have ordered food, including burgers with customization, and everything was perfect! I don’t eat out a lot because everytime I do the order is not correct and I end up making a return trip. Thank you for taking the time to make the food I paid for the way I asked for it! We haven’t been to a smashburger in years because it seemed like we got terrible service and cold food everytime. Somehow we ended up with a gift card so we stopped by for lunch. The cashier was super friendly and attentive. Food tasted good and came out quickly. Only complaint is the prices have sky rocketed. $48 for two meals and a shake is pretty crazy considering it’s a fast casual restaurant.

Walked in and went straight to order. Wasn’t greeted by cashier standing at the register. I had to ask if he was ready to take my order. Out of plant-based burger, out of black bean burger, so I tried to order a chicken sandwich and then was told you couldn’t take gift cards (for second day in a row cashier mentioned). 0 for 4. What’s going on? Walked out hungry and disappointed.

Once again, had an order to go and when arriving home, discovered one burger missing. Upon calling , they indicated that they found the burger and I could come back to get it. They only provided store credit upon a return visit. No excuse—they were not busy and were just hanging out chatting with each other.

I went to this location the other day. The burger was good. Not too greasy, not too salty. I’m rating this a 4 because the food was good, not great. My friend said his fries were not good AT ALL and they use to taste a lot better. Also, the cashier was a bit irritated to say the least. Maybe he was just having a bad day.
