We ordered takeout this evening, a Thursday. When we arrived to pick up the order there was no one else in the restaurant, besides 6 employees standing around. We were handed our order and it was 1 burger and 3 milkshakes short. When we got home, my son was halfway through his kid’s cheeseburger when I noticed the middle was incredibly pink. I am very disappointed by this location and plan to go elsewhere next time.

Horrible experience. Do not order from this location!!! Ordered from the website for pickup. We arrived to pick up the food at the appropriate time and the order was not complete. They hadn’t even started cooking the wings and the part of the order that was complete was WRONG! The female employee that we notified about the mistake was very rude and short. She blamed a third party app for the mistake, but we ordered directly from their website and our order confirmation was correct! Even the receipt attached to the food was correct, but she made the burger wrong. Waited an additonal 15 minutes for them to remake our order because she told us that we had to wait because there were other customers in front of us. No apology and total chaos at the restaurant with several other upset customers all waiting for food. I would give the restaurant NO STARS because we won’t be eating here again! Over $50 for 3 people to eat a subpar dinner. Pictured below…we paid for a large fry and a regular order of tots. Fry container is half empty and they are soggy.

Online ordered for dinner at 6:35pm to pick up at 7pm, when we get there at 7pm food is not ready and waited 50min after pick up time until able to get the food. Workers were apologetic, but overwhelmed. Fries were cold and Brussel sprout order was half full..

Mid afternoon, and the place is quiet. 3 tables eating. If you want a table in the front you need to sit at a dirty one. Every table has old food, crumbs and wet condiments on the table. The staff is nowhere to be seen. The food is great, but who wants to eat in someone else’s mess. So many choices for places to eat. Step it up smash burger, you need to excel at every level. What does it take to clean a table after people leave? Mixed review.

The manager Sherrie was extremely rude to my family as well as the worker. We had an ACCIDENTAL drink spill and tried cleaning it. My grandmother got yelled at for grabbing napkins that was apparently only for workers… maybe that should be clearly stated there??? I overheard that the guy had only been working for 3 days. Sherrie was also discussing mess ups that the new worker had made in front of everyone!! He should not have been treated the way he was. He was clearly still learning. We will not be going back there after this experience.

We ordered our food online and it said it would be ready at 2 PM, we arrived exactly on time and our food was ready! The restaurant was pretty empty (on a Sunday) but very clean. The staff was friendly and our food was extremely good. I’m only giving them 4 stars for two reasons…..First, my burger was so messy that stuff was dripping out of the package onto me and I could barely eat the burger without it going everywhere (picture below). I think I used at least 10 napkins. The other reason is because when the cashier handed us our cups, she had her fingers inside of them instead of on the outside, like you would expect someone in a restaurant to hand you them to you. Ugh gross!

After giving this location three times to get ANYTHING right..we’re DONE!! Just now, the manager (sitting on her butt) was complaining to the staff that they received demerits for cleanliness. Multiple tables were dirty…she could have cleaned herself! PLUS..that’s an issue that should have been taken care of in the back! Not in front of customers!

The resturant was dirty. We washed our own table. Move baskets left on table to other dirty tables. Over cooked fries, they did replace fries but rest of meal was cold by then. Would not reco.mend going on the weekend unless you are taking it home. Lots of eye rolling.
