Went here on a Saturday. The service was terrible. The guy at the register didn’t know anything about the menu. The burger was okay but my wife ordered the cobb salad. It should have a boiled egg on it, but had a fried egg on it. They cooked a rubber chicken on it and charged me extra. When I asked for a refund for the chicken, the manager rolled her eyes at me. a good manager will ask what they can do to make things right. I know it’s difficult to find good help, but the staff here don’t deserve to be paid anything. Won’t go back…

Needed a quick bite to eat on a fri night and alot of the surrounding places had a bit of a wait so we came here. Had the truffle doubble and it wasnt very good. Service was slow. Drink machine dispense probobly needs to be cleaned. Wasnt sure if it was the ice or the drink spouts but found that my drink had little peices of what looked like pepper floating in it. Not sure what it is. My shakes were filled 3/4 of the way on the cup and then filled with whip cream to fill all the empty space. Wont be going back here ever.

Girl taking our order couldn’t tell me what the dairy-free shakes were made of. Then she rudely said “do you want me to go ask my superior?” I’m like um no I just won’t get one. The I asked if they have lettuce-wrapped burgers. She said yes. So I ordered a lettuce-wrapped burger. I did not receive a lettuce-wrapped burger. Just a patty on a plate with some shredded lettuce next to it (photo attached). Never again.

Iris is a kind and upbeat employee with the uncanny ability to read minds and implant suggestions. 10/10, would return for a palm reading. Store is great, a good atmosphere and upstanding just like the rest of the DTC. The chefs are fast without sacrificing quality.

Place is run by teenagers who can’t even greet you or make direct eye contact when you walk in. After receiving my order, I said “thank you” and the young man just looked at me with a blank stare like he hated being there. I blame management for not teaching and upholding these youngsters to even the most basic customer service practices.

Never going again! I arrived to pick up my order 5 minutes past the time stated it would be ready. The employee at the counter asked if I was ordering or picking up. I said pickup and my name. He looked down at the order in front of him and said they needed another 3 minutes. I sat and waited. 10 minutes later, I went back up and saw my order sitting in the pickup area. Really…you couldn’t just look up and tell me my order was ready?
