I saw one of the cooks talking on her phone while wearing her gloves and went back to cooking. Phones are disgustingly dirty, i feel like that defeats the purpose of wearing gloves to cook if you’re just going to touch something dirtier than a toilet. I don’t like to complain but this was seriously ick. Please train your staff on food safety and pay them enough to care about their jobs before you have to shut this place down.

Yesterday I think I had my last meal at this establishment. Paid 50 bucks to feed three people. Plus a 20% tip cause apparently I have to subsidize everyone’s wages now. I came here Tuesday and experienced the worse service from a short young lady with dark hair and glasses who brought out my food. When she gave me my food, I proceeded to ask her about another item that was ordered. The girl proceeded walking as I was trying to get her attention then she snapped at me rudely and told me that someone else was making them. As a veteran who retired from the Army, I took it lightly, and shrugged it off. lucky her. The young lady who took my order at the cash register was awesome and Very polite by the way!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I just stopped by this spot for a quick burger to take home with my son. When we walked in, there was one customer eating and zero employees in sight. I actually had to KNOCK on the door to get an employee out and I could see all the employees doing nothing, literally on their phones.

Used to love smash burger but we won’t be returning after this last experience. We waited in line for about 15 minutes and then had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. It seemed as though the staff couldn’t handle the business that was coming in. When we got our food I truly couldn’t believe anyone would ever serve food in this condition. The hamburger patties were incredible small, the cheese was so burnt it was black and crispy. The entire thing was a complete mess. When we tried to have someone assist us in getting new food made, the staff were either too busy while others were too busy talking to each other. We did get good that was away least edible but it was the worst experience I have ever had. Other customers were just walking out after being in line for 20 minutes. Overall it just seemed as though no one really cared at all about service or food quality.

First and last time here! The cashier was wonderful, not sure of the name but he was a young blonde haired gentleman. We got our food fast but had an issue. One of the burgers tasted bad, like the meat was going bad or had soap on it or had something on it that it shouldn’t have. When we said something they offered to cook something else or a milkshake. Once you get that bad taste in your mouth you really don’t want anything else from there. We politely said “No Thank You”! Not once after that did they offer to refund the one out of four burgers, the girl just walked away from us. Very disappointed! Once a customer refuses any of your other food, it would have been nice to offer a refund.

Slow service, ordered a burger, fries and a shake. Food came out right away, but they forgot my shake. I had to go up and ask for it. 8 minutes later I got my shake. Food was good but service was very poor

I usually love having a smash burger from time to time. Today’s order missed the mark. The host didn’t say anything to welcome us. So I said hi to break the tension. I ordered the brisket burger. The burger was not great today. The brisket is fatty and weirdly tough. The fries are a bit rubbery and unseasoned. I hope for better next time!
