Honestly one of the better smash burgers and burgers in general that I’ve had in a while. Was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy, food did come out very staggered. Overall I’d definitely go back. I got the double classic smash burger. Wife got a chicken burger which was “super ok”. This location didn’t have the spicy option available

When I walked in there was not one employee in site. After waiting 5 min in a dead restaurant for someone to appear, they Apparently gave my online order to someone else, I was there three min after the online site said my order would be ready. There were no apologies for what happened, just a comment of oh we will make everything a double patty (they were already double Pattie’s)

Fries were old and stale asked for new ones. She stated they will get new ones and didn’t receive them. when I asked again the girl up front said the are making orders we just spent $30 and are in the restaurant why are we not helped immediately when we got bad food. I ordered dinner through the app for my husband and I. We started eating and we noticed several things that were very wrong. My sandwich in particular was missing several ingredients that were supposed to come with it, and the lettuce on it was wilted and old. Our fries were old, cold, and a quarter of the portion size they should have been. I ordered a regular and my husband ordered a large and they looked about the same sad quality. As I took a bite of my sandwich a piece of wood fell out onto my plate!? It looks like a wood shard from a supply pallet. This is SO UNSANITARY and not to mention UNSAFE!!!!! I’m so happy I didn’t bite down on it or worse swallow it. Im five months pregnant and at that point, I couldn’t even finish my sandwich and just threw the rest of it away. My husband felt the need to dissect his sandwich in fear of what might be lurking in it. Needless to say the meal was ruined, and it was $30 down the drain. I’m hoping corporate will do the right thing and at least refund my money. I will likely never return to smashburger
