ordered online at 639 for pickup asap (10 minutes) this evening. i got there at 648 and walked in to fries going in a bag and my order ready to go. good man was crushing it in the kitchen. fries were smashed just right and my colorado black bean burger tasted like it was made with love. i worked at a couple smashburger locations back in my day and i would be surprised if this locetion wasnt franchised. good people. thank you

Walked in at 8:33. Knew they closed at 9 but that’s 30 minutes to make a burger. We planned on getting to go and knew what we wanted. They were already turning off window lights and rudely said this will be to go. I get that you want to leave, but you are open for another 30 minutes and again rudely didn’t even let us finish our order. Don’t go here a lot but this will be the last time.

Don’t listen to other reviews. Some people just don’t understand what good food can be or just don’t like burgers. Various options, allergy-friendly, stuff like milkshakes and fries. Overall it is a very good place to eat. 10-30 minute wait so order ahead if you’re in a hurry. On my eating out list to stay.

Service was good, but the burger was an absolutely disgusting greasy mess. I dont expect a Smashburger-burger to be free of grease. But I do expect that when I first get the burger the bun isnt completely soaked and disgusting. Not to mention the patties were nowhere close to ‘smashed’ and smaller than usual. I was unable to finish this relatively small mess and was left feeling sick. I will never go back to a Smashburger, especially this location.

Restaurant prices, worse than fast food. Misleading bogo22 advertising, a burger with avocado that looks like someone wiped an avocado across it like toilet paper, leaving behind just essence of avocado. These are their special smash fries… I can count the seasoning flakes and sure can’t taste it.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced in a while. The employees are so rude and inconsiderate. I ordered online for pick up and when I got there it was like I asked for the proof of aliens. I had to go out of my way to prove I was there for MY Food. Then by the time I finally got My food it was cold and they were so preoccupied I never even got my drinks. Try to call? Yep, several times, got nothing but a busy signal.

My mom and I don’t eat fast casual often and were very happy with the Longmont Smash Burger! My mushroom truffle burger was so juicy and delicious and my mom’s regular burger was a hit. The sweet potato fries are the best! Yum!
