They know it’s below any expectations. Airport food is a different level to grade. definitely don’t recommend it. Bad ordering menu, bad waiting times of 25 minutes, bad service, they took the food back and made some changes to it. One order of fries was missing so waited another 5 minutes but it was behind the counter, the food tasted cold and bad. Can’t say anything positive. Got more than 30 ketchup why?

Customer service is horrible at this location to the point I left and didn’t place my order this afternoon. I attempted to place my order on the self order consoles. First one wouldn’t finish the checkout portion and the second one had an error/restart issue with it. I decided to stand the actual register to place my order and the lady in front was just packaging orders and calling names, never once acknowledged me even though she saw me standing there. I saw one employee in the back look at me and then leave out a front employee exit.

I am all for having fun at work but this was too much. None of their kiosk machines worked and the cashier kept ignoring customers who were trying to tell her, very loud music and eating while taking orders. Cooks were very loud and distracting the cashier

Had a good experience today, burger was above average for airports and the price was reasonable. The tomato on the burger was a little out of season otherwise good. They had a sign posted that food would take 30 minutes to prepare but mine was ready in 5.

I’m impressed how close the prices are to regular Smashburgers in Boise. I was mad craving some beef after a night of one too many vodka shots and figured I should eat something before sitting on a plane for 4 hours. I bellied up to an Avocado Bacon Club Burger (Certified Angus beef, sliced avocado, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch, Mayo, toasted multi-grain bun, $6.99). Ugh it was so good. The avocado was heaping and very fresh. All the ingredients blended so well together. Definitely an Amanda approved hangover cure.
