HORRIBLE SERVICE! ABSOLUTELY, TERRIBLE! Don’t waste your time, money, energy, gas money, nothing at this establishment. After waiting 30 mins for our food, the order was missing multiple items, when asked for the missing (which had already been paid for) items, Shai was rude and bothered that I would request what wasn’t received. After about 7 mins, Shai brought out the missing fries, but not the missing dressing for the awful cobb salad. When I asked for the ranch a 2nd time (not extra, none was ever brought with the salad) Shai yelled back to the kitchen, and then threw the ranch on the table next to where I was sitting. Don’t waste your time, you’ll thank me later.

I have been to this location a few times now. Each time the same gentleman at the front register has helped me. I can’t remember his name at this moment, but he is always kind, engaging, and welcoming. I ordered the double truffle mushroom swiss burger with sweet potato fries. The food was out in less than 5 minutes and it was so hot that it burnt my tongue! That’s when you know the food is good!! Overall, the customer service was awesome, the food was good (as always!!) and kudos to you front cashier man, you’re the best! 🙂

I went here for lunch and it had been a few years since I was last there. I was honestly surprised to see they are now serving wings. I got the mac and cheese burger and it was amazing. The fries were a little underwhelming, but still good. The strawberry shake was amazing. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because they didn’t have any ice and it was hot outside.

Ordering was really fast but it did take a little time for them to cook the food. I did not like the mushroom burger but I do recommend the brussels sprouts they are really good. The spicy chicken tenders are not spicy either. My friend also got a milkshake, but it was like half filled in a cup. The young lady at the front was very nice although she did tell me that after dropping the brussels sprouts off that they didn’t have any plastic utensils left so she ended up just giving me a regular fork from the back which I thanked her for.

The manager is always nice but the food service required me to make this review after the second failure. They ran out of gluten free buns so they supplemented it with a 3rd raw burger Lmao. It’s even funnier because they only gave me half a stack of brussel sprouts with the meal, which was ~10 brussel sprouts.. for 5 dollars.. Stingiest store I’ve ever been to. I’m avoiding this restaurant from now on.

There is a little bit of a wait for the food but it’s so worth it, everything is made to order. The Burgers are top tier and the spicy chicken sandwich is delicious! I recommend trying the smash fries too, I love the seasoning on there! Clean establishment and friendly/helpful staff. This is one of my TOP 5 burger places in Phoenix!

This particular store is far below average for the chain. The tables and floor needed cleaning. The wrong cheese was used on my sandwich. There was no ice for the soda fountain but we weren’t told until after we spent about $6.00 on drinks. Then they gave us two bottles of diet coke. I love Smash Burger, but not this store.

We went to the 24th Street & Baseline location in Phoenix and paid almost $80.00 for 4 burgers and they burgers were absolutely horrible! The Mushroom Swiss burger was one of the 4 burgers ordered and not only was it extremely greasy, I assumed they forgot the mushrooms. There were approx. 4 small pieces on the burger. The burgers all tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. The food was overall HORRIBLE! I do NOT recommend this place.

This place is unfinished and should not be open. I have been waiting over 20 minutes in the store for an online order that was placed 40 minuets ago. I can hear them remaking it each time. Very very poorly run. Half of the menus are not working. Concrete dust on the floor. Etc.
