Joe (manager) is awesome! We are regulars and in large part because of what great work he’s done with this location. He remembers us, always checks in with us to make sure everything is satisfactory. Finds an immediate resolution if we have any issues. Great burger (made with butter) and smash fries (olive oil, not seed oils). Thanks Joe and team! We’ll be back!

First time coming here. Walked in and it was dead, but it was clean and the kid at the counter was really friendly. We had 2 burgers, chicken strips, onion straws, and the smashtots and fries and 3 drinks. $57 later… I’m pretty sure I could go to a regular burger restaurant for about the same. The food was okay but not the best. Just a cheap burger. Onion straws were bomb with ranch and the smashtots had to much rosemary for my liking. Will not go back due to the price for what we got. 2 boys working were young but they had it under control and were professional and very kind.

Thoroughly disappointed with my visit today, I often order in store and through doordash and usually I’m not disappointed with my food although tonight I order on website on my way home from my dads and arrive right on time for my pickup time and I work in food so I know how it can be but after for sitting 20+ minutes while we listening to multiple times the baggers ask the cooks about my order. Eventually of course I got my food and they apologize for the wait but only to get mayo and no red onion on one of my burgers while the other was cold as well as our tots and fries. I can usually excuse colder food when ordering off doordash but not when I order off the website for pickup myself.

First and last time I will be coming here. Food was decent the servers were clearly not happy with their job. Except 1 individual who stood out he greeted the customers, he was helpful and answered my questions, I saw him working hard, picking up, cleaning tables and checking on customers. Honestly 10 out of 10 customer service DEVIN !!! DEVIN deserve a better job that he will be respected and can move up quickly. If you are looking for a hardworking dedicated worker hire DEVIN.

Food was okay, but I’d like to share the experience I had today while eating. I’ll leave this review in a few different locations hoping it gets to the right eyes. I sat down to eat then witnessed the man who took my order, name Joseph, who I believe is the owner or general manager, go to the kitchen and unleash a full screaming match with the employee cooking the food, who was asking to delay the conversation until he was not making any food. I am not one to speak on what the actual issue was, however the approach taken was extremely unprofessional, and I don’t want to support a company that treats its employees badly. Management should be respectful and handle issues outside of customer view or earshot.
