I’ve never been to A Smashburger before, so I tried it while traveling. This was a great treat! I’m sure it was unhealthy but I don’t regret a bite. It a little bit pricey, but again not a factor since it was a “treat”. The crew was friendly and helpful. I recommend the goodies in my picture for sure: the tots and Mac n Cheese Burger.

By far the best burger compared to their competitors. My only issue is when paying by credit card, they ask for a tip – up front. So what happens with my food if there is no tip? Hmmm. Example: the other day, they forgot the cheese. When I told them, they brought me cold cheese to put on my burger, then my fries didn’t come until we were finished eating and walking out. I had already tipped up front. Never again. Can you guys just pay your employees more, so you don’t need to ask for a tip?

Came to this location for the first time. Employees were great. The restaurant is really clean inside, not busy at all. The only letdown was that the burgers and fries were way too salty to enjoy. Even if using ranch sauce to balance it out. The salt overpowers everything. Even my brother commented that he ended getting a headache from all the salt. My mom ordered a Mushroom burger and she said that the patties were too well done and rubbery. I’m shocked because we ate at smash burger in cypress texas and it was no where near like this. It just needs less salt and not over cooked, then the food would be better. The non-dairy chocolate shake was the only item that was satisfying. Also, got charged to add Avocados in my burger. And ended up not having any… ultimately the burgers were too overcooked that it was dry.

Bought the Avocado Bacon Burger and besides being massively over priced, the meat was so overcooked that it was dry and tasteless like cardboard and the bun they used magnified the dryness of the burger. What little sauces and avocado they put on it did not help the situation much. It was not bad, but it was not even as good as McD’s or BK and nowhere near In & Out or 5 Guys quality.

Ordered for pick up here a couple days ago. It was super quick. They plugged it up with the bacon & the crisps on my burger. Was still warm & yummy at home. Thank you guys!

I have recently had to take beef out of my diet and that’s when I found Smashburgers turkey burgers. They are so moist and juicy that I’m not even made about the absence of beef from my life.

Burgers were pretty decent and the fries were delicious. Service, however, was pretty disappointed — our brief interaction at the counter felt rushed and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Not sure we’ll be back.

Please do not order the new S’Mac n Cheese burger. Every picture they show has Mac n cheese just piled into a burger looking amazing. The reality I just experienced was a scoop of Mac n cheese smashed onto a grill and burned into somewhat of a patty, then placed on your burger. It took me sometime to recognize that was the burger as I thought I was shorted it was so horribly made.
