Bruh. First time eating here and all I can say is, the food is bomb. It’s about $11 for the ‘Classic Double Smash’ Burger, and in my opinion it’s worth it, even considering inflation lol. No drive-thru here though, and I thought there would be! Not a deal-breaker for me. They have an app for rewards, so check that out. Overall, Smashburger ftw!!

Workers are very nice. At least that day i visit. Haven’t returned. Order hamburger, was fresh but meat was small. Overall tasted and my stomach felt like i ate a cloud. Overpriced. No thankyou. Wasn’t for me.

Stuff is amazing. I’m a loud crazy individual who loves to have fun, and this place did not shun me for that. In fact, the employees got involved in all of our fun. I felt comfortable being myself, and that includes dropping cuss words now and again. We had a lot of fun, both the staff and us who were eating. If you have an open mind and you bring your honest funny self, there’s no way you can have a horrible time.

Not many people as it was the middle of the afternoon, not busy, which is ok. Service was great the guy said it was his 3rd day working. Repeated back our order was correct. Food was good but for the amount pricey. $30 for my daughter and I. I even had water. Cook was not paying attention to the order as my daughter asked for no onion or tomato and got both still on the burger. Too pricey for me, I don’t go very often because of that.

Strike 3! I live only 1/4 mile away and I purposely have not eaten here in a few months because my previous 2 experiences were negate. On each occasion, toppings that supposedly come an the burger per the menu, were missing from my burger. In one case one missing toppings I paid extra for.

The manager Sean provided incredible service! He was so kind and truly accommodating to whatever me and my party needed. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible dining experience which was not what I expected from a fast food restaurant but I was happily surprised. I will be going back for sure.

Overall it was pretty good but came at Lunch during a week day. There was only one girl running the front counter and no one else was around other than 1 maybe 2 people working on the food. The poor lady was trying to take orders and then take the orders to the customers. Really short staffed! Also the bathroom was pretty bad and in need of cleaning also out of toilet paper. Food wasn’t bad but gave it 3 stars because of the overall satisfaction

Awful! Greedy food poor service and nothing above. When ordering we got a classic and a mushroom. I said I’d like to make it a meal because that was on the menu but nope. Girl taking the orders said they don’t do that we have to order it separately. FINE. So we do. She doesn’t give us cups or numbers but did give a receipt. As we were going to a table the food the food delivery guy was lost and trying to find where to take the food. (Those order numbers at the front register would be helpful) we ask him for cups and he grabs them right away. As he brings our food we see that she rang it up wrong and our orders are mixed so we have to rearrange burgers and fries. The classic burger says ketchup- no ketchup added but instead there’s MUSTARD! Both were greasy. We won’t be back.
