The food and service here was top notch. Even the presentation of when they brought the food out was cool. We chose some light spice and seasoning but just enough for flavor and not tear the tongue up. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The mixture of food items and the prep made the meat fall off the shell. Ut required little work to get everything setup and flowing well.

Food portions are very generous. Calamari was a little too chewy for my taste, but my guys liked it. My husband got one of the BOILS. He was very satisfied with the amount of heat and the portions. My son and I opted for pasta dishes. It was good…

Lobster roll was ok. It was a little fishy and bland for my taste. Gator bites were awesome seasoning was perfect. Cajun fries probably the best I’ve ever had. Raw Oysters were super fresh. The cocktail sauce was actually good with a little kick. I normally don’t use cocktail sauce.

It was my first time ever trying smashing crabs so me and the girls have went and it was pretty good. The Perfect Storm is really good especially if you’re craving crab legs and or just a variety of seafood it’s a little pricey at $95 but you get what you paid for and I had leftovers. The fried pickles and jambalaya bites were also delicious season perfectly. I will make a suggestion to not have plastic cups because we had to get our water changed out three times, the first two cups were not really clean and a third cup was broke so I would suggest asking for a to go of water. Also recommend the garlic butter which is so delicious. The hurricane flights and margaritas they were okay could have been better. Overall smashing crab was good.

Although I wish the shrimp was deveined, still very delicious to consume and jumbo in size. Love love love this restaurant. From its early days when you could BYOB!

I have had food from the food truck, but this is the first time at the at the restaurant. I like to look, and the atmosphere is good. But it was kinda expensive for what you get. 30 for a lobster roll. You can a lobster from HEB for 6-7 dollars. I know we pay for what you don’t feel like doing in your own kitchen. But all said and done the food was good!

Looks can be deceiving… We came looking for great seafood and it fell flat . So disappointed ☹️. The broil was way to salty and the pasta had no flavor. The only positive was our waitress Izzy. She was friendly and attentive. Even tried to offer assistance to make the pasta taste better .. thanks Izzy for the suggestions.

We had an early Father’s Day here. Great time, good service, plenty of food, fair price. I definitely recommend getting one of the group boils.

let me start off by complimenting the service given. we loved our waitress and the manager Rob was helpful when it came to our concerns. however, we were disappointed that we paid $100 in total not satisfied. We had over cooked shrimp and old tasting mussels. we had so much trouble peeling the shrimp, I gave up and tried to enjoy the crab legs which were good. the potatoes were a little hard as well but we still ate them because we were starving. we love our seafood and know when it’s not cooked right. we usually aren’t the type to complain but I wanted them to know what’s going on so it can be avoided next time. Rob kindly offered to cook a fresh batch of shrimp but we decided to take our loss and just took the rest home. someone else at home is patient enough to peel the overcooked shrimp. I just hope they figure out what’s going on with the cooks because this is the 3rd time this has happened to us. Hopefully we can enjoy it next time we go! I will not give up on them.

Never been to a smashing crab before and loved it so much the first time that this is the second time my family and I have come this week. The chicken is too die for and their sea food boils are amazing. In the mood for some good food, well give smashing crab a try and I bet you too will become a regular as I am.
