I stopped by Smithfield’s to grab lunch for the family & I was in such a rush, I entered through the back entrance and bypassed where you place your order. So here I am sitting @ the window and Madison greeted me with a smile & politely said May I help you. Madison assisted me in taking my order, and answered my questions regarding the different meals since I missed the menu! So I wanted to make sure I shared my experience to let her manager as well as corporate that Madison provided excellent customer service today! Thank you Madison for an outstanding job today!

Was not expecting the worst service I have EVER had. Once they took my order I was forgotten about had to beg for my order and the person that took my order didn’t even know who I was when I went back to find out where my order was. I still haven’t got my hushpuppies yet and the sandwich bun tasted like it had bbq on it at one time. They acted like I was a bother to them. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We’ve been meeting here with family for years and post COVID the service has progressively gone downhill. The latest in this saga is changing the pecan pies to another brand. The sara Lee brand is the best. Sad to say but we may be going elsewhere in the future.

Really great staff, they are friendly welcoming and gave fast service. Very clean bathrooms. Amazing sweet tea and I am picky about my tea. It never feels crowded and you never feel rushed. The sides are good, and the pudding is just right. Worth a try.

Came by tonight ordered what we always get. Food was good, manager was rude. Couldn’t explan why a 3 piece chicken tenders was $15.79. I got a combo with barbecue and barbecue chicken lot more food for $ 13.69. Doesn’t make any sense. Want be back for awhile. A total of $46.00. Wow
