Mom likes their fried chicken. Several staff members seemed to be very recent hires. An order of hush puppies somehow got added to our order. Mom requested dark meat plate and got white. So the potato salad is mustardy flavor, right? This was way too much mustard. As in inedible. No juice box option for kids meals, no chocolate milk. And when I ordered bottled water on a 95 degree day, the cashier seemed confused. But mom likes the fried chicken.

We went through the drive through. We had never been to this restaurant, because we’re visiting from out of state. I’ve never met a more helpful person than the lady at the window. The chicken was okay, juicy and fresh, but it didn’t stand out for flavor (in all fairness, I’m from Texas, so everything has serious seasoning to it). I didn’t care too much for the potato salad at first, but I tried it again and it grew on me. The coleslaw was pretty good but didn’t really catch my attention. The bbq, though, was out of this world amazing!!! (This bbq compliment is coming from a Texan, so….) We are going to try to duplicate this at home. Back to the bbq. We ordered the tailgate with the barbecue, so we got a pint of it separately. It’s definitely cooked in the vinegar based sauce, which is absolutely fantastic, but our friend at the window gave us also some red sauce to try, which is more of a regular barbecue sauce type base. Oh my goodness it was delicious. I definitely recommend.

My husband ordered to go inside bc he had to use restroom. We ask for Red sauce, butter, Hot sauce. They left them all off ! BarBQue was HOT !! Even for my husband & 26 yr old grandson!!

Fried chicken is really good in my opinion. Never greasy and the crust has a bacon like flavor. Pork BBQ is decent. Fries are terrible BUT I always ask them to fry them twice to make them crispy and they always oblige.

Great chicken with all the fixings. Quick drive thru service with polite staff. Yes it’s considered fast food but it’s far better than most even if it’s not home prepared.

The food was good, the staff were very friendly and nice. However, the floors, although very clean, were very slippery. I and my wife almost slipped. They need a cleaner that does not leave the floors that slick. Watch your step!

Something at this location has changed. We had a family meal many weeks back, the bbq was so hot with seasoning, it was not edible. A few nights back, chose to have chicken with fixings, the potato salad was way too wet and the slaw was the same. Hushpuppies order had more than half of them stuck to each other. The to-go bbq sauce is a welcome site. Someone will be getting a phone call soon.
