The building itself is nice enough, and has been around for years, the inside is ok but not remarkable. After checking the menu, I realized nearly all the items on the menu came with some sauce, dressing and herbs. Well, I like the flavor of meat, which is why I am not at vegetarian restaurant, lightly seasoned is fine, overwhelming is not. The pictures of the steaks on their website did not look appealing, and most of the menu appeared to be deep fried, so I ordered something basic and customizable. I ordered the captain’ burger, without the white French, but thought the bacon marmalade would be good. The burger came, I checked under the tasty looking bun, with that the waitress urged ” Lift it up, LIFT IT UP”. Not knowing if she meant the bun, burger, or the plate, or why. I determined she meant the burger, and she seemed relieved that it did not have the white French, yes why don’t we do that in the kitchen? So I took a bite of the burger that is quite sloppy from the amount of the marmalade, all I can taste is onions, no bacon or beef or bun. I scrape off the onion concoction that included the bacon, unfortunately. Tip: If the main ingredient is onion, and the only flavor detectable, call it onion marmalade, and an onion burger for that matter. Turned out the bun was good, not sure why you would want to cover with the onion. If you like sauces with strong flavors that cover the entrees, you may like this place, otherwise skip this one.

My wife & I went with 3 other couples for their New Year’s Eve Gatsby celebration and had an absolutely awesome time. Every meal including apps & desserts were great. The specialty themed drinks were a big hit at our table. Lindsey, our waitress was a sweetheart & very attentive. I also loved that they featured 3 Floyds beer, one of my favorites, not normally found around here.

Excellent service. Had reservations and made it to a table immediately, no waiting. The food was delicious! Highly recommend for date night. Nice weather permits the use of outdoor seating that over looks the water.

Went with a group for a friend’s birthday dinner. We were seated on the outside patio which had a very good view of the river. The servers were very friendly and informative on drinks, apps, and meal choices. Prices can be high depending on what you order. We had alcoholic drinks as well with our meals, so the price can vary depending on what you order. The food was very good and the drinks were amazing. Just be sure to bring at least $100 if you decide to check them out.

This was amazing. They have the best french onion soup and the fact that it stopped with puff pastry is perfect. It was so flavorful. We did the tableside Caesar salad for two people and the portion was huge. It was so fresh and light while still being so rich. I got the Cherry blossom Martini which tasted like cherry pie in drink form, very sweet. For entre I got the Chicken Oscar which was absolutely phenomenal. The lemon risotto made it fresh and added so much creaminess especially with the hollandaise on top, and the crab meat was so sweet and fresh, not fishy at all. Highly highly recommend.

We stopped by first time for lunch. They have nice outside patio. We loved spinach dip and house dressing. mushroom ravioli and fish & chips were also delicious! We expected more seafood menu but overall it was good. Many choice of alcohol drinks. We’ll come back again!

I reserved a table by the window. It was not available for us when we arrived. Sat along the wall looking into the bar. The bar does not carry any White Zinfandel wine. I ordered a filet steak and my husband got a NY Strip…both ordered med-rare and both were over cooked. We haven’t been here for a while and food items have changed as apparently there is different management since our last visit.
