Another great lunch at Smithtown. We had the Lobster Roll, Cod Fritters, and Clam Chowder. The fritters and Chowder were on point. The Lobster Roll is just a little dry, other than that a very tasty meal.

We ate here twice during our 3 day stay. Amazing food!! Staff was a little overwhelmed I think from the event, but everyone was polite. I had the Cod Fritters the 1st time and went back 2 days later and it wasn’t a special anymore. So I got the fish tacos. The cod fritters should 100% be a menu item!! What a great place to find. It’s located inside the West Sixth Brewery. So just make a note of that. You eat in the Brewery. Which was pretty cool. Amazing drinks there too.

Our meal for 2 and a child was $102. We got 2 meals, 2 appetizers and a kids meal. Food was presented well but lacked flavor. I wouldn’t recommend going if you’re looking for yummy seafood. Environment was cool but I wouldn’t go back. Shrimp tacos had a tangy sauce on it that completely took over the dish.

Oh my! Don’t let the unassuming entrance or the counter area and walk up ordering area fool you- this is top notch grub!!!! We ordered the catfish platter, house salad, salmon croquettes , and shrimp tacos. All were delicious! The catfish was not fishy at all and came with two sauces (banana pepper was the best!) Friendly staff and food promptly served next door at West Sixth Brewery. Breading was on the heavy side but I’m used to Wisconsin and Minnesota Friday fish fry’s that are tops in the country.

Delicious summer menu with many options that stay on the menu year round. Quick service, hot food and delicious. Salmon croquettes were delish. The house salad was good but the ginger vinaigrette was the best. Shrimp taco was good. Fried banana peppers were great too. Step over for a cider, ale, or IPA, from West Sixth, you won’t regret it
