Nice, clean, pretty busy. Haven’t changed their pizza recipe for at least 40 years. Nice clean, old school tasting pizza. A little under staffed for the amount of business they were doing that night.

Get delivery about 1x a month or more, usually order the same things but food seems to get worse & then sometimes its good. Maybe a different cook those nights.Also delivery takes too long & when u call in for an order they make me feel like I am bothering them, understand they are busy if that’s the case then need to hire more employees or cut back on orders. People would rather pay for good food then waste $ on inedible food & end up ordering somewhere else.

GREAT FOOD! And they have fun little deals on pizza like if you order in store or on certain days of the week ..I’v ordered many different things on the menu and I’ve loved it all the pizza is so good the sauce really just makes the pizza the Giovanni is really something to try so delicious .. and there ranch dressing is one of a kind sounds funny to say but I would order to get the ranch dressing (I was also pregnant at the time) only down fall is they don’t open till 4 pm that’s just to late in the day but the DELIVERY DRIVER I’m pretty sure they only have one she a blonde woman she is so great very nice she talks to my kids when she is dropping food off if they forget to send something she has back to get it with no problem love her! Over all great people great food great place!!

I tried Smittys for the first time today and it was ok,i read all the reviews before ordering and was expecting more flavor! The employees are polite and sound genuinly nice and the delivery woman couldnt have been any nicer considering she was extremely busy and it took over an hour for my food to arrive. Quality employees make or break a place and they obviously have that going for them but the pizxa is bland and needs a good crust. I lived in Pittsburgh most of my life and had a large selection of places to eat ,especially pizza and so far Clarksburg wv doesnt come close. TheCRUST is important!! Make it nice and fresh with some oil and seasonings and it’ll make the pizza so much better. Id order the salad again but the pizza still needs some work.
