First of all, they’re inside the gas station. That’s your atmosphere. I believe this is a case of ‘humble beginnings’ because the food could take them much farther. My wife and I are retired master BBQ judges and we love to try out the little places. You just never know what you’ll get and this was one of the best ones! The brisket (sliced) was killer and the ribs were great. Hot links and pulled pork were really good too, and the sides didn’t come out of some Walmart package, you know? They made them with love. Check ’em out. Oh, I almost forgot: there’s a pound of brisket headed home with us right now.
