Wasn’t a bad place. Everything tasted good. We went out for a family dinner here. Only thing was the brisket was greasy. My bottom bun on the sliders were soggy. Maybe the bun just wasn’t thick enough? The potato salad was good, just know there is dill in it. Lots of it. If your not a fan of dill skip the potato salad.

Jake and I have a trio dinner each and it was absolutely too much food! I turned that into dinner for myself and my dad the next day and Jake ate it for 2 days! It was fantastic every time we ate it! I highly recommend Smoke On the Water BBQ ❤️

Everything is amazing! The cornbread is so fluffy, onion rings are perfectly crispy, Mac n cheese is gooey and perfect, the pulled pork was flavorful and so so good. All of the staff was very friendly. Very clean building. We’ll definitely be back!

Food and service was overall great and I would definitely go back. We had to travel with our food and the staff took extra care to package things well for the trip. The brisket Reuben was very tasty and the smoked chicken had good flavor.

1st time there and it was nice and cozy. Not real busy. We got fish and a Reuben. The Reuben was very tasty with the homemade chips..my cod fish was done just right with fries and cornbread..very good. I also got a cup of chicken soup..that I didn’t care for..it was good but had the smoke..bbq taste..I like more traditiona soup. It seems a lot of places give you the kids meal size cup of soup now and charge big money..some still give a nice bowl…but its way it is now..will for sure be back.

First time here and it won’t be the last. Started with a 1/2 order of nachos. Only $5 and was a dinner sized portion. They use homemade kettle chips. Delicious. Sampled all of the meats. Ribs fell off the bone. Everything was super tender. Flavor was good. Husband said pork may have been a little heavy on the smoke, but I didn’t mind. House BBQ sauce was delicious. Baked beans were good. Garlic mashed potatoes were good too. Mac and cheese was good but the sauce could have been a little thicker. Would like to see a Carolina sauce added, maybe other flavors as well. We definitely plan on coming back. Very well priced and tasty. Friendly staff. I want to add, I’m not normally a fan of cornbread. But their cornbread, with the honey butter (I think) that comes with it, is SO good. Melted over top, wow. I’m getting hungry thinking about it.

Outstanding sized potion for the price. Had the two fer, picked pulled pork and brisket. Would order this one again. Also ordered the hank, chopped brisket with coleslaw sandwich. It was Also very good. They give you the BBQ sauce on the side, which I liked. The corn bread was good, given with honey butter, which is a nice touch.

I’m from Kentucky by way of Caro ILL and Cape Girardeau MO and I love me some good real smokehouse bbq and this is the real deal. The portions are huge! Another quirk of good bbq joints. Was it the best I’ve had? Not close. But for Michigan, I was damn impressed. It could be a lot closer to some of the best, but I’m suspecting they need to work on thier rub if they use one. The smoke came through beautifully and the meats were perfectly rendered and falling apart but not so long as to dry them out.
