Smoke on the Water is a dream come true for Tia. We are a production wine and cider facility located in a renovated fire hall on the North side of beautiful Trout Lake in Coleraine, MN.
We will have a wood fire kitchen with delicious and approachable pizzas and an evolving menu. We will have a specialty bar with handcrafted seasonal cocktails and mocktails, wine, ciders and beer.

We came to eat and drink the night of their soft opening. We had 3 of us and we were seated at a table quickly. At first we sat inside but then realized the rain had stopped so we requested to move outside. Which we did! We enjoyed the lake view and ate amazing wood fire pizza. We had a pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian pizza.

I swear I just ate the best nachos of my entire life! We also had a margarita pizza and it was out of this world. I can’t wait to go back and make this a very regular eating establishment. It will be hard for me to decide between Smoke and Unwind, which is Tia Maria’s other restaurant. She is an amazing owner and a great asset to two different communities.
