I ordered a rack of pork ribs and a large side of potato salad. The ribs were tender and almost fall off the bone but not quite. They have a great flavor. First note I tasted was pepper. They had bbq sauce and cups if you wanted to take some. Not sure if it was homemade sauce or store bought but it was a tasty sweet and smoky sauce that I wish I got more of. The potato salad is what I’d call a classic mustard base type. Very delicious and tastes like what you’d expect. I only wish they added hard boiled eggs to it to really level up the flavor and texture in the potato salad! Oh i also got smoked chicken wings and choose the bbq flavor for them snd they were also delicious. Very big wings with a nice smoked flavor. Kinda wish the skin crisper but that was likely the result of adding sauce and sitting in the container before I ate them. I would recommend this place most definitely.

Alright real talk hands down best brisket in town. That Famous place is famous for trash bbq. Y’all make bbq like real good looking tasting and third best part about this joint behind the food itself and the wonderful young lady who helped us out, the price makes it even better. I’ve paid way more and been unimpressed. Smoke Session exceeded all of my expectations

Long wait but great food… if you haven’t been here before, they are a food truck place, so that means no seatings, parking can be messy since there are really no lines to indicate parking spot. Would totally recommend getting their beef brisket and pork ribs… fall off bone goodness!!! Our first time here… won’t be our last!

I stopped by to buy some ribs today at this venue. Sold out of a food truck on a large vacant lot where Hafner’s restaurant and bowling used to be on White Bear Ave. They were already sold out, but still had smoked brisket available. I bought 1/2 lb and brought it home. It was downright some of the best brisket I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend. They apparently are there from Tuesday through Saturday. I’ll definitely go back and try the ribs.

Brisket was too dry and no smoke flavor. It was not warm enough. The egg rolls were too oily and no flavor as well. Customer service not the best. Would not return. 1st star for being there and 2nd star for trying. Good luck amateurs

Get to this food truck early!! By the time I got to them, all that was left was beef brisket-which is absolutely delicious! I would have gotten a few things to just indulge and eat my face off but I was too slow! Photographed is my own potatoes but the brisket is awesome, I will be back, early!!

Pretty good, quality isn’t always consistent. Sometimes you’ll get very lean brisket, not much fat, not as tender. Not as amazing as expected.
